Reviews of local pros in Berry, Alabama

Fantastic service! He showed up very quickly, even though it was almost 8pm, and was incredibly friendly and professional. Fixed our AC fast and made a stressful situation easy. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from them always. Been knowing them for 29 years. Best around in this business in my opinion.

Seth a life long family friend with the help of another employee was quick and good at installing our new until. It was done within a day 10/10 from me thank you.

We can’t thank Bob’s Heating and Cooling enough for their generosity and excellent work! They recently installed brand-new heat pumps in our Berry High School Booster Club concession stands, and the difference has been incredible. Their team was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. We are especially grateful for their support of our school and students—it means so much to have local businesses investing back into our community. Highly recommend Bob’s Heating and Cooling!

Over the past 26 years plus, Bob’s Heating & Cooling have serviced the units we’d purchased in 1987 for our new home. Seth’s dad, Bobby, started the business & now his son Seth & son-in-love Ben, continue the legacy of excellence & integrity . They recently replaced our big unit for which we are very pleased. We are grateful for this Team of Excellence who do their job as unto THE LORD.

Ben was the guy that came with another young man. They were both polite and efficient. Not only did they come early in the morning but were actually on time. I received a text to let me know he was on the way! Loved that! Also explained everything to me thoroughly. And was willing to speak to my dog to. That meant the world to me. Will call again if ever needed. Ben will be who I ask for too!

Workers were great. Went right to work. Very knowledgeable and very helpful.
I am very satisfied with my stove hood installation. Thank you so much. A blessed day to you all🙏

Seth and the techs did a great job helping us set up this programmable thermostat for our church. Pleasure doing business with Bob’s heating and cooling. I will continue to do business with this company. Their attention to detail was great!
