I came here at Friday 2:30 pm, they said they would wash my tank asap, but they didn’t wash it until they were closed at 8.

This is the slowest tank wash I
Have ever used they have 3 wash bays
2 1/2 hrs have not pulled one tank out this is
A damn joke 3 hrs now still have not got one cleaned

If you planing o taking a 10 hr break
Stay away..

Normally a Great experience. This time, not so much. Be sure you check EVERYTHING, once you are washed out. Sometimes your hoses are still hanging out of the tubes. This time; the barrel was still dirty after washout. The employee needed to do everything his way cause he's the man in charge.
Office staff did absolutely NOTHING to help "referee" the tense situation.
Also, know, they will not wash out any inspection ports in the "crows nest".

Laziness at its finest... Didn't flip the placards back, nor did they wash out my hoses or fitting that I requested also to be washed.

If you want the absolute bare minimum done and have plenty of time to spare, then it's fine. Just don't expect much

Everytime myself or other employees with our company go there it's always 2-4 hour wait, even if we're only truck there. Highly recomend going somewhere else if you can

I've washed out at this location at least a half-dozen times since before it became a Quala.

The longest I've waited to get in was two hours, as there were other drivers in line for a "live" wash before me.

Compared to most other Quala locations, this one is top of the line.

I’m only giving one star only because Google thinks it’s impossible to rate them a zero. Be aware: Even if a phone call is placed ahead of time to confirm they are able to do a food-grade washout.... they can’t. Even if the driver comes in the afternoon before to spend the night and get his 10 hour break on the premises so he can be first in line.... he is still going to wait 3 hours while they take numerous other tanks in ahead of him and BEFORE they even bother to finally tell the driver they can’t even give food-grade washouts. Talk about wasting time! I absolutely DO NOT recommend going here. These people are not only incredibly slow, they say they are able to provide something when they really can’t. Quala DOES NOT care.

You would be better off to drive further rather than have your tank held for 10 plus hours. I got here at 3pm and they said I was next 14 hours to do a 45 min job when they 1 other truck before me. They are just lazy.

There is 2 different signs on front door for business hours, neither have a date.

Business opened 15mins late this morning, and I understand things happen BUT they DO NOT do reefer trailers at this location!!
Only specific "truck & trailer" get washed?!!

A very positive experience! Staff were professional and efficient in wash out of my tank trailer. Very Quick in and out! Very easy parking. This was the cleanest and well kept facility that I have ever experienced as I dropped in for a tank wash on my way to pick up a load. These guys saved me a lot of time and miles and did a great job on my tank and hoses. Thank You for the great service. All the Quala facilities could take some lessons from this facilities’ staff!

Had me pull in the bay with a full size cascadia and wouldn't raise the wash equipment out of the way so it wouldn't run across the roof of my truck. I pointed it out twice and they didn't care. Just said keep going. Scratched the paint across the top of my tuck and possibly damaged the solor panel up there as well. No shits given.

Employees rude hope I dont ever have to go back they think we should just be ready at a drop of a dime when they call guy got all pissy and was gonna skip over me just because I had to put socks and shoes on not my fault yall was behind maybe hire people in the office that will actually do her job instead of talking to the guy that works there and not really talking to the customer

This place is so slow it is not even funny. They had some kind of problem with our companies account. Turns out we did not even owe the money they were saying we did. They were completely unhelpful and trying to resolve the situation. Website said they opened at 7 they did not open till 8. I had been there all night and was stuck there till 1:30 in the afternoon. Their staff Is of no help. Then they also misplaced my paperwork after the situation was resolved, and then took people in that had come in after me. I lost out on getting loaded that day at another site because of this. And missed out on another load that week because of their postponement. They cost me money. You can tell by their attitude that they just don't care.

During the trailer wash, somehow they tore up the brand new DOT tape on rear bumper(s) I just had put on about week ago.

The internal cleaning was terrible, looked clean initially, but I’m guessing after driving down the road a couple hours, all the oil from the top of the trailer drain down the sides to the bottom as you can see in the pictures.

Courteous employees, easy access to the facility. Not the results I expected.

Quick drop off and pick up. Drivers are not happy with the hours. No one is hardly here. Building stays locked up, INCLUDING the drivers lounge. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!" Be'Be'

The ppl here are so rude and did a horrible job. I recommend you bypass this place and spend your money elsewhere

If I could give negative stars I would

Went to this tank wash to get 4 hoses and a few connections cleaned . Checked in and the guy immediately went to complain about cleaning hoses . I explained that I would help him do my hoses . They told me they would call me . So I set for 1 hour then went back to visit with them to maybe get a time frame . They told me that their yard truck was being serviced. They said as soon as that was completed they would help me . Thee yard truck was repaired then they grabbed two trailer to wash . I went back in to speak with the lady . She said it would be several more hours . I wasted 3 hours at this place and was lied to twice right to my face . This place is run by incompetent and poorly trained staff . My company said they would never send another trailer back over to this tank wash . It is the worst Quala Wash I have ever been too. I have been doing this work 20 years . Just Terrible 😞. I will be reaching out to their corporate office on a resolution for change . It IS A Must
