We had no hot water in our guest shower. We called Madden and they sent someone out very quickly. Kevin was awesome. He found the issue and told us the part we would need. I got the part myself only because I have a friend that sells plumbing equipment. I called as soon as the part came in and they were there the next day. I fully expected a call canceling, but nope! Kevin showed up in the middle of a tornado and fixed our shower. We told him it could absolutely wait, but he wasn’t having it. Very professional, very kind and very reasonable. Shower working like a charm. He also didn’t get frustrated with my two kiddos trying to “help” him. I would recommend them, and have several times. Thank you guys for what you do!

Outstanding service, they were able to quickly respond to an issue, solved it in record time, old fixtures were not a problem, again outstanding - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Can’t say enough about his company! I live in another state and needed work at my moms house. They were able to fix the problem promptly and at a great price. They were so helpful during a time when I needed it the most. And I was able to handle everything from 5 hours away! Thanks Madden :). Y’all are awesome and I appreciate more than you know.
