i’m very satisfied with my chimney service. i had a wood-burning insert put in, and it needed some chimney repair and a bit of demo work inside the fireplace. herbert and matthew were both professional and finished the job efficiently, making sure to answer any questions i had along the way. the office team was also helpful and quick to respond whenever i reached out. there was a small issue with the fireplace door (from the manufacturer), but after i let them know, herbert and matthew came out the very next day and took care of it right away. overall, the service was excellent, and now my home in birmingham feels cozy and comfortable.
