Deluxe Birmingham Chimney Cleaning was recommended by my oil burner service for a complimentary chimney inspection. Scheduling the appointment was straightforward and they provided a 2-hour window for the service, saving me from waiting around all day. I was fully prepared for this 'complimentary' inspection to uncover a costly issue. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Nathan, the technician, informed me that my chimney was in good shape and required no immediate repairs! They have truly gained my trust. If in the future, my chimney requires any work, I'll definitely be calling them. I must also mention that Nathan, the technician who conducted the inspection, was incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful. He even assisted me by carrying something to the basement while he was inspecting that part of the chimney since I currently have a broken leg.
