Every time we lit our fireplace, we ended up having smoke in our basement, indicating a drafting issue. Very professional from beginning to end, from the first call with the office team to the crew that came out. Preston installed a chimney liner in our old chimney, and our house was left perfectly clean. I can't think of anything else they could have done to make the experience better. We Do More Chimney Cleaning really impressed me.
