The company appears to dismiss client concerns by labeling negative feedback as “fake reviews,” to protect their image which raises concerns about their accountability and professionalism. My experience was disappointing they communicated in a disrespectful manner and did not handle our interaction appropriately. When I asked direct and reasonable questions, the conversation escalated into an argument, and service was ultimately refused. Overall, their approach came across as defensive and unprofessional, prioritizing protecting their image over delivering quality customer service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend booking with them.
