I contacted Generac about a generator and was given Brown Electric to come out, they decided on the size of the unit but couldn’t get me one at that time, I called Generac back and they told me where to find one and I purchased it. It was delivered and I called Brown Electrical to come install it only to be told they would not install a unit that wasn’t purchased through their company. Had to hire a local company instead. Very bad attitude about the whole situation

Brown's Electrician started the job and wouldn't finish the job, due to me not letting there Technician replace my light fixture with a faulty light fixture that they purchased, than call my warranty company telling them I didn't like the fixture. I definitely won't be recommending them to anyone!

Brown's Electrical provided exceptional service. They were great at communicating and understanding my issues and worked me into their schedule. The technician was very courteous and professional and when I told him not to worry about cleaning up after he insisted on cleaning up and stated, "that's a part of the job ma'am".

So waited all day for someone to actually come out and give me a quote. Super glad I took a vacation day to sit here all day for no one to show up or even call to reschedule. Would not recommend for anything!!! Guess I will try again and maybe someone will want to actually earn my business. Good luck if you want to continue with Brown’s.

I have used Brown's Electrical several times for small and large jobs. I am thoroughly pleased and will recommend them for any job. My next project is a generator and they will be the one to install.

I would highly recommended Brown's Electrical. Due to Covid-19, First, I like to start off by saying that I was extremely impresses with Brown's Electrical because all of the custom commercial grade PPE every employees wore. They even wore shoe covers which I really appreciated. They arrived on time. They were did not take a break. They worked straight through the entire job. It was fantastic to see that they worked every minute until the finish the entire job.

My dad was super please. They gave us a great price and cleanup all the debris when they were done. The service was excellent. Timely and professional. In future, this is the only electrical company, I would contact. Everything we asked from our estimate was completed and was excellent. We were more than pleased with the efforts and performance of the two electricians as well as the final results.
We have been extremely satisfied with the cost and results. Brown's Electrical employees were well-qualified and professional. I would highly recommend them for any residential service.

Brown is my absolute go-to for ALL our electrical needs. I don't ever have to worry about the quality of his work because he has a passion for it. If you're looking for a trustworthy contractor, he's your guy!

The entire job from start to finish was done very professionally and efficiently. Kimberly stayed in contact with me to make sure that I stayed informed from the date I placed the order to the date of installation of my Generac generator. Mr. Brown and his assistant did a great job on my installation and their work passed the Shelby County inspection without any issues.

I highly recommend this company. Their crew came out to install a total of 9 light fixtures in my home. They got the job done with no hesitations. They were punctual, professional and worked efficiently. We will be hiring them again to finish the rest of our light fixtures throughout the house and any other electrical work they we need done now and in the future. We also have 12 ft ceilings and we were hoping the company that we worked with would be able to tackle our super high ceilings. They over delivered!! Again, 10/10 recommend. These guys get the job done.

Where do I even start? Joey has done nothing but go above and beyond for us. Our electrical panels were all our of code, outdated and a fire hazard. Browns worked with us on financing, did the job in 1 day and have been amazing with any further calls or questions we've had. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing electrical work in Alabama!

Richard is great to work with! I had an issue with one of my breakers and he came out quickly to fix it. Additionally, they did a great job installing a ring camera and a light fixture for me for at a very reasonable price.
