Really can’t say enough about how great these guys are. Thomas and Keith really went above and beyond, which is always appreciated but especially in situations where having power in your home depends on quick and meticulous electric service. They helped me understand what I was paying for and made me feel supported through the entire process.

Jackson did an excellent installation on late bathroom lighted mirror and bedroom chandelier. He also did a thorough electrical review. He was very courteous and prompt. I highly recommend Jackson for any electrical needs.

A mover bumped the dryer outlet and shorted it. Mr Electric sent Jacob same day. He replaced the outlet with a fitted more secure outlet, tested, and explained everything he was doing. Quick, friendly, and professional service from Jacob. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dalton came out to check on an issue that we were having with a shower light installation that Mr Electric (not Dalton) had previously done. He fixed it at no charge to us. He was very professional and explained everything to us. We appreciate them standing by their work.

I learned something important about the electricity from my simple mistake in choosing light bulbs. It has been okay for years, but lights were flicking and the light in the kitchen was suddenly off days ago. I couldn't do anything else but replacing light bulbs, but it didn't work. I searched an electric service and found them. They checked the overall electric safety of my house and found some circuit breakers were heated. As they recommended, I decided replacing old breakers of circuit panel and installing a surge protector covering whole house with lifetime warranty. Technicians were nice and gentle, and their service was good, though more expensive than expected. At the end, I realized that the light in the kitchen looks much brighter than before. It was worth spending some budget hoping there will be no electric issues in my house.

Matt was very thorough and explained everything he did. The new light fixture is installed, the timer switch is working for the pool lights, and the fan switch is now working also. He did a great job.

Booking an appointment was easy and convenient. Stacy, the technician, arrived and was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the issue and provided sound solutions. I’m glad I called Mr. Electric to replace and install my ceiling fans.

Electrician, Matt Regan replaced an electrical panel in my home. He did a great job. He arrived on time, kept me informed as to his progress and what needed to be done. He was very efficient with his work and cleaned up after. I would highly recommen his services.

The service and response time was great! It was disappointing that the project manager didn't show up as he said he would to give instructions to the text. The tech arrived and had to leave to get the correct materials for the job. It was also disappointing not to receive a copy of our quote prior to the job being started as well as no documentation received for the service performed. We are told the job is warranted but we have no proof of what was done. But we will be expected to pay the bill.

Chuy Rangel did excellent work. He was kind, professional, and thorough This company did not give me the lowest bid but sometimes you get what you pay for. I told them what u needed and they came out the same day and finished the entire project in two days. Thanks Chuy.

Follow up.
I had a couple of minor issues and I contacted the company. They do stand behind their work. They were quick to respond and Chuy came and took care of everything. He said if I ever had any other questions or issues, I could give them a call and they would handle everything to my satisfaction. I do appreciate a company that stands behind their work. Thomas K did a wonderful job from start to finish. I am very grateful to have had him answer my initial request. He was very prompt, efficient, and professional through every step. I appreciate his guidance and help - he will be my go to electrician moving forward.

Elijah arrived on time and was efficient while onsite, communicated the process and cost clearly so there were no surprises, and was enjoyable to work with! His expertise and professionalism was greatly appreciated. We look forward to working with Elijah again!

We have used Mr. Electric ever since we bought our house in 2021 and they have been fantastic!
Tyler came out to do an inspection because we have been having issues for the last couple of months with power surging. He was able to quickly identify that a grounding wire had come undone from the power line and helped me understand what to tell the power company in order to get them out there ASAP to fix it.
Tyler recommended we upgrade our box to include switches with built in safety similar to GFCI outlets to protect our major appliances. My wife also wanted a new outdoor outlet installed. He was not pushy about the sale and was upfront about the total cost.

Chuy and Keith were at our house the next day to complete the work and were very respectful of our property and time. Even though they were not able to run the wire through our crawlspace because of an air duct blocking access. They ran the wire discretely and made sure to get my input before going ahead with running the wire on the outside of the house.

I will always use Mr. Electric for my electrician needs!

Austin, Thomas and David rewired my entire house very professional, and on time finished the job very quickly. Very friendly and courteous. Will definitely recommend and if needed use them again.

On Friday after Thanksgiving, we had an our breaker box blow. Jacob came out immediately (9:30pm) that night and diagnosed the problem. He was able to come out the next day and replace our electrical box. He was more than informative and double checked all our appliances and plugs to ensure they worked. He definitely saved the day and would recommend him to anyone that needs electrical work.

Our outlet blew up and filled the basement with smoke. Jacob Hall from Mr. Electric was at our house within 30 minutes of being notified. He replaced the wire to the outlet and the outlet very quickly. He was courteous, very professional and went over the work with us. We feel very comfortable and are very satisfied with his work. All this was on a Sunday too!
