I purchased a home from Manuel that he supposedly renovated and I've had problems every since! So many repairs/renovations are subpar and have been unraveling piece by piece! Everything was thrown together to create a look but the foundation of it all is crumbling! My cabinet shelves are falling, all porcelain tiles in bathroom are cracked because subfloor is weak,kitchen floor is soft and needs replacing, toilets are leaking and I had to come in replacing a roof he knew was old and rotten but still insisted he patched it up knowing he had no license to do so! Please beware! Everything that glitters isnt gold for what I paid and only 6 months in all these alleged updates and repairs should not be falling apart so soon! I'll take quality work over someone just trying to make a sell/profit anyday! Unfortunately we trusted him and his realtor(Anthony Chappell)but its really a lesson we learned the hard way.update: I have mold growing in my bathroom where Manuel improperly installed a ventilaton fan and did not insulate the attic therefore creating moisture and mold! This was in the inspection report and this was one of the contingencies of us purchasing, he did not follow through and is money driven only! This was so lowdown to do and probably was a simple fix but you willingly left us in a hazardous position all the way around! Go elsewhere please!
