Isaiah arrived slightly ahead of schedule, which was ideal. He was professional and attentive. We reviewed all the rooms to ensure every area was attended to. He even moved some furniture pieces that I hadn't shifted. What a fantastic gentleman and a joy to work with. After Horizons Carpet Cleaners' service, my carpets look stunning and all the stains have been completely removed.
