If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We have been using this carpet cleaning service for a long time and have always been extremely pleased with the results. Leo and Everett are honest and dependable, which can be hard to find these days. Once, when we had a small flood at home, they came out to check our carpets. Instead of just trying to clean them for a quick profit, they told us honestly that the carpets probably couldn’t be saved and recommended taking them out and drying everything properly before getting new carpet. They even let us use a professional dehumidifier at no extra charge. Every time they come out, they arrive on schedule, act professionally, and leave our carpets looking spotless and fresh. The carpets also dry really fast, which is great—especially with the heat in Alabama. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our carpet cleaning!

everett and leo truly exceeded my expectations. a hot water leak had affected the carpet in the guest bedroom, so they replaced the padding, thoroughly cleaned, and stretched the carpet. they even placed foam pads under the twin beds to safeguard the wooden feet. to prevent any marks, they added corner protectors on all the walls where their equipment might touch. they also wore booties over their shoes to keep the area clean while working. leo ensured that the stairs were cleaned perfectly, including both the step and the rise. this is my third experience with carpet cleaning services, and i've decided that i won't choose anyone else.
