awful service....and have lost a number of items. I went to pick some jeans that I put in about 2 months before, 1st they said they did not have them, then they found them uncleaned. once I got home I realized they were not the correct jeans.

They have been great!! Customer service and all. Would've been 4 stars. Until 2 months ago when they lost my leopard print dress.
I inquired about it and the owner is going to ask the people who actually do the cleaning to check to see if it was left with them by mistake. I'm still waiting. I'll give a better rating once the issue is resolved.

Rose and her family always do a fantastic job with top-tier customer service, and took extra care with my wife's wedding dress most recently. It looks effectively brand new. My jacket that was a memento from a dear family member was also cleaned to the highest quality, and the pocket lining that had frayed was stitched back really well.
