This was my first time using The Cleaning Authority, I booked a move in deep cleaning and I was specific with the areas I would like cleaned. The cleaning was inconsistent, there were several areas that were not cleaned properly or cleaned at all. I reach back out to let them know, and even provided pictures where there was still dirt and dust left in the cabinets and certain other areas. They were nice enough to send back out another crew to re-clean the areas and they still did not get the areas cleaned very well in detail. Both cleanings felt rushed and they finished before the
Initiated timeframe. For a deep clean, I expect much more effort into the service and no dirt left behind. It was very disappointing to pay for a service and not get the quality that was promised. I will not be using The Cleaning Authority again. -

I've been using the Cleaning Authority for a couple of years now. They are reliable and responsive. The team that comes is always professional and do a great job. Most recently, Angela and Claudia have been the team working and they did an excellent job. We have been very pleased.
