I am extremely satisfied with the prompt response and professional service provided by Airloc. Scott took the time to show me exactly what was wrong and repaired it the same day at a fair price (1/4 of the cost quoted by Myers Heating & Air). I will recommend Airloc to all my friends and family

Scott came out on a Saturday morning and got my heat working again. He was prompt and polite; wish I could give 6 stars. Was a simple fix (but one I never thought about), and he was in and out in 10 minutes. I would recommend Airloc to anyone with HVAC needs in the Birmingham area.

Wonderful service! Our air went out on Friday night at 7pm. It’s a holiday weekend and I just knew it would be Tuesday before someone could get out. It’s also getting close to 100 this weekend. I was truly devastated at what this meant for my weekend!

Scott got in touch immediately and I filled him in on what was happening. He felt like he knew what it was, and said he would be out around 1pm. He ended up being able to come at 10:30 am - Praise Jesus! He ran and got a part after confirming what it was and had the air back on by 1pm.

I’ve used some of the other HVAC folks in town but never had prompt and responsive service like this. I would recommend him to anyone!

I’ve been using Scott’s company for a couple of years now for routine maintenance, repairs, and just recently, the installation of a new heat pump. Prices are very reasonable, Scott and crew (sons) are always professional, courteous, reliable, and most importantly, honest. The Airloc team is extremely professional, and does great work. We called when our attic unit had a leak. They were quick to respond. Scott and his team came out and assessed the situation. They are HONEST!!! They didn't try to oversell us. They explained the issues and presented us with our options. The repairs were quick and reasonable we have not had any issues since they came out. We highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.

Airloc helped us fix an extremely tricky issue with our whole home dehumidifier. I kid you not, we had techs from other companies come out 15 times, we called the manufacturer, had multiple parts replaced under warranty, it was a mess. No one could figure it out. After working on it every few weeks for a year and getting nowhere, it was just getting to be a joke how bad it was. But then someone told me about Scott with Airloc. He came out, got in the weeds with it, did some serious sleuthing, and got to the bottom of the issue. He charged us a fair price and he took a big thing off my plate. Very grateful for him and his company.

I was made aware of Airloc’s business through a close friend who had their hvac serviced by them. Moses and another technician came out to replace my outdoor unit. They were polite and respectful and did the job without leaving a mess. Airlocs prices also beat others I called who would’ve done less work for way more.

All in all I’m a satisfied customer and would recommend them to anyone.

When outside temperatures are over 100, you want to have someone you can trust to get your AC up and running. I was blown away by the promptness and responsiveness of this company. Scott and his crew were on top of my AC problems within hours of contacting them.

Scott with Airloc is amazing! I Do and would HIGHLY recommend his services to friends in this area and to anyone reading my review. He was able to come out the same day I called to give me an estimate. He also explained all the details of the installation and financial aspects that I was concerned about which put my mind at ease. I knew right away that we were in good hands! On day two he called and within 3-5 minutes we worked out the financing and on day three installation! Scott really goes above and beyond with great service. Even when faced with old wiring issues in my home for the new thermostat he stayed longer than planned to finish the job. Before Airloc we used to be on with Brown’s and when we got our quotes from them they were ludacris (not even for the top of the line system) and definitely trying to take advantage of us, warning us that we only had a few days to make our decision or loose the “loyal customer discount”. Airloc’s prices are on point (even for the top of the line). They are honest, fair and choosing them for my heating and cooling needs was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! We are so thankful for Scott! We will always entrust our HVAC and Heating system at this home and also any future home with Scott at Airloc! You should too! Call them now!
