Showed up on time, provided a reasonable quote, and communication early in the process was strong. After comparing pricing with other providers, I found their rates competitive and decided to move forward, in part due to their customer satisfaction guarantee. Austyn, the project manager, was professional, straightforward, and communicative. The technicians who came on-site were also courteous and worked diligently.

The project, however, involved multiple issues and delays before reaching completion. The initial installation resulted in both the indoor cassette and outdoor unit being placed incorrectly, which required a return visit to correct. After that visit, I was asked to sign documentation indicating the work was complete. Based on that representation, I signed. When I attempted to use the system, it would not power on, and I later learned the electrical work had not yet been completed at the time I was asked to sign.

Once electrical work was completed, the system still did not operate properly. After further evaluation, a leak was identified within one of the cassette units. Although a replacement unit was made available by the manufacturer, I was initially informed there would be an additional charge of approximately $2,300 to install it, despite the system not having functioned as intended.

Due to these concerns, including the completion sign-off and the system not being operational, I filed a complaint with the Alabama Board of Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractors.

After the complaint was filed, the company’s ownership became involved and arranged for the replacement of the affected cassette. The installation was then completed, and the system is now operational.

While I appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved, the process required escalation to a regulatory authority to reach that outcome. My experience included installation corrections, delays, and a dispute over additional charges before the system was placed into working condition.

For additional context, I sought a second opinion from another HVAC professional, who advised that the issue may not have originated from the manufacturer; however, I cannot independently verify that determination.
