We had a great experience with OSA. They have been very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We feel taken care of and I feel like they are trustworthy.

Do not recommend. Very disorganized with communication.

We are a company on the gulf coast that bought and paid for cameras to be installed. The result of the install resulted in damaging multiple electrical assets in which still has not been corrected. Do not recommend.

WARNING FIRE HAZARD!!! Would not recommend!!!! Please see attached photos!! Instead cutting and wiring the lights to fit the house (like other professional installers have done in the past) they literally took bulb out, put piece of tape over it and shoved it down into my gutter!!! Just glad my damn house didn’t burn down!!! Also be sure the price you get includes removal of the lights, after Christmas he said there would be additional cost to remove the lights!!! Have had lights installed for many years and never had to pay addition cost to remove them. What a joke they are, do yourself a favor and pass on this company. Nothing says Merry Christmas like your house burning down because this company was to lazy to do it correctly!!

In response to your comment: The fact this company is not denying the poor quality of this install should be all anyone needs to know. I do not have a current balance, but did have someone else take down the lights because you said that was not in the original price that was paid. It is funny how after I left this review you personally attacked my wife’s business by leaving false reviews. That seems to be a common reaction from the owner when he doesn’t get his way or business.

Even the review/pic from his mom has lights already out. What a joke this company is.
