Very disappointed with the service. I was charged $900 to remove a small tree that had already fallen, and was under the impression the quote included removal and cleanup. Instead, they did the bare minimum—removed the tree and ground the stump—but left a mess behind with limbs, brush, and torn-up ground.
When I tried to clear up the miscommunication, I was told cleanup wasn’t included and was then offered the option to pay even more for them to come back and finish the job. For the price, I expected professional, full service—not to be left with a yard full of debris and an upsell to clean it up.
Would not recommend based on this experience.

Very pleased with Champion Tree Service. Everything from the arborist who diagnosed the tree to the crew that removed it was top notch. They had the tree cut and hauled off in about 1 hour. Highly recommended them.

Please use this company! Very reasonably priced and very professional. It only took them several hours to take down one medium tree and one large tree and they were very prompt getting me scheduled. They even cut a few extra dead limbs and one or two small stumps that weren't quoted. They missed a stump to grind up that was quoted and quickly came back out to get it. They blew off the entire driveway and yard even though they only worked in part of it. It is refreshing to deal with a company who cleans up behind themselves and clearly takes pride in their work. I can't recommend them enough!

I tried 3 or 4 times to get a small tree cut down and each time was overlooked. Not only did they not show up, my request was forgotten and made to seem unimportant. They didn't even call. It was for my elderly mother. If they didn't want to do the job, they could have just said that. Finding a company that values keeping their word.

Edited: to get it cut or trimmed. They quoted me for both as I requested.

Champion Tree Service was quick to respond to my request for tree removal. They are very professional and conscientious. They left the area completely clean with all debris hauled off.

Not happy. Did not complete the work agreed to and left a huge mess in my yard that I am having to clean up. Huge amounts of debris were swept into the creek beds in my yard which I am having to clean out. One significant tree stump was cut up and then just rolled into the creek.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Champion Tree Service, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their work! We had a large limb fall in the backyard yard taking down some utility lines in the process on a Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday morning I called 3 tree services- #1 couldn't come until 2 ½ weeks later, #2 never returned my call, and #3 didn’t respond until the following Monday.

I contacted Champion on Friday morning, they came to the house in about an hour, assessed the work, provided a price that we deemed acceptable, and scheduled the work for the following week. The team arrived on Monday as expected and completed the tree removal in short order. The logs were removed before the weekend. The next Monday they came and ground down the large stump.

Champion answered the phone (no recording), came when they said they would, and cleaned up their work areas. I can assure you that should we need additional tree trimming or removal they will be the FIRST call.

They came to my house even earlier than they said they would. I had them do some trimming and removal of downed large branches on a very large water oak, trimming of dead and broken branches from a pine, removing two large red tip photenias, and removing a large Chinese parasol tree. They completed all the cutting and moving the logs and branches to the road in two hours. Their truck came the same day and picked up the logs and branches. The stump grinder came a few days later and ground the three stumps. I'm pleased with the work they did and the cleanup.

The owner Scott and his crew went above and beyond to remove a tree that had fallen on my house. They arrived on schedule and communicated well throughout the entire process. The service provided was an amazing deal for the price. Other companies tried to price gouge me due to the circumstances. It was refreshing to work with an honest company like Champion.

Scott and his team were able to take down a rotten tree on my property. They were fair with price and also prompt. I would highly recommend them for any needed tree service.

Scott responds right away to phone calls and setting up times to give quotes. He is professional, very experienced and pleasant to interact with. His crew came and removed 2 big trees the day after he came to see the trees and give me a quote.

I had an old, dead oak tree, a large pile of overgrown shrubbery and more removed and hauled off. Champion Tree Service was reasonably priced and Mr. Champion works with you. Stephen, Jesse, Cory and Geo were the guys that cut my trees and they were great. Even cleared out my gutters during cleanup. I for sure plan on working with this company again as I clear out more trees down the road.

Where do I start. This is a top-notch company. Very good prices, great job, extremely fast response time, super professional. They did exactly what was promised (very hard to find these days) and Scott and his team with amazing. I would give ten stars if I could. You can't go wrong with this company. I will use them again if the need arises and will definitely share my experience with everyone I know.

So I happened to have the world strongest dead tree. This old man clearly watched over this neighborhood. It was time to give treebeards distant cousin a proper rest. These guys made cutting down this tree a priority, and I do appreciate it. I had a guy and his crew ghost me? This is business, and you ghost a customer that's wow. This was a two day job. The crew did a great job. Considering the size and the location, it was impressive. The price yea well if your tree towers over other trees and is hollowed out. The price it is what it is. The safety was what's important. They take cash, credit, and financing. If you have a tree that's getting too big and old and close to your home. Give the champs a call

Highly recommend Champion Tree Service! Scott came out last Saturday within 15 minutes of a tree falling on my house and had it cleared off about an hour later. It was all hauled off Monday as promised. Prompt, professional and very reasonable price for an emergency situation. I will only be calling them from now on!
