We were scheduled for 6:00 pm meeting the representative showed up unexpectedly 2hrs early. I really wasn’t prepared at the time frame so I asked him to give me about an hour or so to come back, which was no problem the representative understood and he would be back in an hour. Only thing was I didn’t have a contact or POC call. He did not leave a card or give his name before leaving. I wasn’t aware who he was really and who he worked for because my mother set the appointment and told me who Noah was and the company he works but found all this out once, I called her that he was supposed to come in and take some pictures of the bathroom.Once Noah arrived back at the house I met him at the door he introduced his self and by that time I already knew who he was and what he came to do. So I brought him to the bathroom where he was supposed to go. We just done some demo in that bathroom about a few weeks ago so everything was empty I was explaining to Noah what we had done etc. Didn’t seem like he was pretty engaged in what I was explaining to him about what we had done, but I continued I show him the bathroom and pointed out water damage that we had in the floor from our old tub that was previously there, which left a hole to the floor while removing. That Noah told me that you guys only do showers and only work surface level that with the damage to the floor would be a problem it wouldn’t be a good fit for your company because you guys don’t fixed or repair. Which was understandable I really wasn’t aware of the company if that’s the policy that’s it, this was something my mother put together so I really don’t know. So once Noah said that conversation kind of went blank he took one picture of the damage and proceeded to head towards the door and said he apologized about that and good luck. I appreciate you guys for coming out but for him to drive from outside of Birmingham and it not be a good fit was kind of like a wasted trip and time, so I was really more upset about that because I could of sent pictures.

Mr York is very professional. Customer service and communication is very important to me and he did a great job in both areas. He is very knowledgeable of his job and gave a great presentation. Can’t wait until my gutters are installed . Highly recommend this company 😊

I signed up for an window estimate. Before he would give me the estimate, I had to sit through this very time consuming time-share style presentation and lesson on windows. When I finally got the quote, he tried to pressure me into signing a contract on the spot, by emphasizing this whatever % discount that is only valid if I sign a contract that day. I explained that their quote was almost double the last estimate I received and I likely will not be using their services. Then he insulted my intelligence, by implying that going with anyone other than them is not smart and price isn't important because I will eventually have to replace the other company's sub par windows (he declared the other company inferior even though I never game the name of the company). He also questioned my ability to choose contractors. In a nutshell, the whole conversation after I told him I wouldn't be going with them was very condescending. I thanked him for his time and asked for the estimate via email in case something changes and he completely blew off the request. That was 2 weeks ago and I still don't have an estimate in writing. Don't waste your time.
