The gentleman that has work on our unit twice in the last year was super nice and friendly. But we had the same part replaced twice in the last 11 months. There was nothing the manager could do about the price we paid around $500 each time, and he stated that the warranty on their part expires within 3 to 6 months, which we were never told last time. This will be the last time we call them.
