Let me start by saying what a pleasure it was to meet such a professional and knowledgeable team. My technician (Brady) showed up on time for my service appointment. After a detail consultation, I decided to purchase a new HVAC unit and the team had it at my home within 30 minutes. The team was kind and thoughtful and had my new unit up and running in just a couple of hours. I would highly recommend to anyone..... A+++ Company!!!!!

I have used Ultimate Heating & Air Conditioning a few times. They provide great service. The techs are knowledgeable and upfront. You are made aware of the cost before any work is done. I would highly recommend!

Working with Brady and Don with Ultimate Heating and Air Conditioning has been an incredible experience! They are so incredibly professional and treated us kindly from the moment they answered the phone to when they drove off with our old clunker of a unit. Ultimate replaced my old non-working system on short notice, at a great price, and I was very happy with the installation. Seems like a smaller family-run company, and that's a good thing for me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for heating & air service and installation.

I'd 100% recommend Ultimate Heating and Air. Brady and his team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process of our HVAC replacement and even helped with financing. He walked us through our different options and ensured we had the correct unit for our needs. They even addressed and corrected some airflow issues that we'd been having from the original unit. The install was clean and efficient and Brady was present during the entire process. I've had 4 HVAC systems replaced in the last 10 years on 3 homes and Ultimate Heating and Air was hands down the best company I've ever dealt with. I love these guys! They’re reliable and honest. They have have some excellent programs and incredible technicians. We recently had our A/C unit stop working one evening and they were out the next morning to fix it. If you use them I highly recommend their monthly service plan they offer - it’s a game changer and has more than paid for itself for us (plus there’s several other pros to having it). 5 Stars for sure!!!!

I must say I have waited a couple months to write this review to see how the install has held up and I must say I highly recommend! These guys did a great job and are also Veteran owned and operated company. I can not express how honest and professional these guys are. I contacted them In the middle of the night about my A/C not working. Brady came out and serviced it and informed me it was near the end of its life cycle we sat down and went over options and I informed him I would make up my mind when the unit finally crashes out. fast forward several months the A/C and Heat had stopped working. I picked up the phone gave them a call for another quote for a new unit we went over the details together he was very helpful with any questions I had. He checked and my unit wasn't in stock so he picked one up in a different State to make sure my Unit could be installed. I Will be using them for all my HVAC needs going forward. They were extremely easy to work with and made the process a breeze. These guys even cleaned up there mess both inside and outside of the home leaving areas better than when they came in. They also done a thorough inspection of the system and duct work. they did some minor duct work repair for me as well as walk threw of the new installed Ecobee thermostat and smart monitoring system they installed. I highly recommend this company for any and all HVAC/R needs.

I would recommend Ultimate Heating & Air 100%. My air conditioning unit was completely out on a Friday afternoon. I called and Brady was at my house with in 30 mins. He arrived with a portable air conditioner for the bedroom which was a total life saver! They were able to have a new unit installed on Monday. The installers were nice and professional. Made sure to cover stairs and clean up mess. Overall it was a great experience with Ultimate Heating & Air.

My unit went out on a holiday weekend (of course). These guys were so helpful and understanding of my situation. I can’t remember the guys name that worked me so much on financing the unit but many blessings to him!! Zane came out 3 times before it was all done and he was very professional and loved his demeanor. They set me up with portable AC’s until unit was installed. Highly recommend this company!!!

Adam gave our 3 units a complete check up and even cleaned all the condensers. He made suggestions for improvements for efficiency and estimates for those improvements. He was very personable and knowledgeable.

Our AC went our and we called ultimate heating and air to set up an estimate. Brady came about 11:30 the next morning and was back at 6:30 the next morning to install our new unit. Brady answered all of my questions and helped us find the right fit for our home and financing to get it done right away. He and Don worked quickly and efficiently to get our home cooled. They went above and beyond our expectations, we had a new working unit in less than 24hrs of them coming for an estimate! If your looking for a unit, you won’t be let down with them.

Ultimate Heating and Air installed a new air conditioning unit for our home in March of 2023. Less than a week after install the unit began having problems. The unit continued to go out on a weekly to monthly basis requiring the motor to be replaced twice and blowing the compressor and control board. Ultimate Heating and Air would not provide a replacement unit. A year and half after original install, I had to call another HVAC company to remove the unit and install new.

Our AC went out and I had to call around to see who would come all the way out to us. I called Ultimate about 2:45pm and they were at the house in the next hour! Then we were fixed within the next 24 hours! I couldn’t say enough great things about them and the customer service Dustin showed us when he was in our home. Would definitely recommend!

It's never a good thing when you need to replace a compressor. However, Ultimate Heating & Air Conditioning made it as painless as possible. They did everything they could to avoid replacing the unit. They showed me where the problem was and explained in detail how the issues were caused and what the resolutions were.

I am very serious about my home and the maintenance of it. These guys not only fixed my issues, but they also identified how I can take better care of my units on my own to increase the life of the equipment.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Stop looking at the reviews of all the others and just give them a call right now.

Brady is a solid technician. The job was completed in a timely manner, paying attention to our HVAC issues. I have forwarded Ultimate HVAC contact info to relatives, neighbors and friends for their future repair/maintenance needs.

I cannot recommend this company. Had them install a brand new unit for $12,000 and it was a very poor installation. Have had them out to my house 3 times since the install a few weeks ago (4 total). They left large open and unsealed holes in the side of my house, left the furnace exhaust pipes disconnected to where it was barely hanging on and would definitely leak, the unit leaks large amounts of air into my attic where it connects to the air ducts and they ran the Freon lines so high that I cannot get over the unit to access the rest of my attic. The initial install had regular duct tape and not the required HVAC tape on the unit. They have come back to fix most of the issues but said they would not move the Freon lines because they don’t have a “recovery unit” and cannot save the Freon. Makes sense because I watched them vent my old R22 unit to the atmosphere when removing it. I’m pretty sure that’s illegal but what do I know. I was also told that I need new ducts in order for the new unit to correctly mate to the trunk instead of fabricating some sort of metal transition. The people were nice but for $12,000 I would expect the initial install to be clean and done right. Not tape holding the whole thing together. Either way the unit still leaks into the attic where the old one did not. Can’t say that I will have them back to work on my unit again. I’m over it.

Nate & Zane came out and had my new unit installed in no time at all. They both were extremely polite knowledgeable and Professional. They cleaned up after themselves and also cut some lil tree saplings around the unit. Nate also reached out to me several times helping me with getting everything I needed to get get my unit. Great group of guys will definitely call for yearly maintenance. If you need a new unit or service give them a call. They return your call quickly and will go beyond to make sure you are happy.

Great all around. Quick response and good communication. Contacted them at 7am and they were at the house at 8:30. Dustin has come out for two separate issues and been great both times. He offered a cheaper workaround or a complete fix both times, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on. Highly recommend.
