We will be using Dean & Sons exclusively for any of our plumbing needs. They were responsive, timely, and affordable when we needed an instant hot tap and garbage disposal installed. Justin was informative and gave us great tips to take care of what we already have installed in the house. Really appreciate this local business!

The office communicated with me throughout the day on when the tech would be at my house, which I really appreciated. The tech was friendly and did the repair in a timely manner. It was a great experience!

I had a problem with the toilet in master bedroom. Dean and Son responded quickly and fixed the problem. The plumber who came to the house and the lady who scheduled the service call were both very nice and represented the company well. I'm sorry I didn't get their names to publicly thank them!

Nothing but great things to see about Dean and Son. They are very responsive and prompt and have gone above and beyond to make us happy! You never want to need a plumber, but I'll definitely be calling them if I have any future issues.

Simply the best. I've used them for any plumbing issues over the last 15 years, and I am never disappointed. And, their price is below what my neighbor recently paid for exactly the same service.

Dean and Son has to be to the worst plumbers in Madison County. I have a Woodland Home, whom Mike Friday uses Dean & Son for the majority of the plumbing work in the homes. My house has suffered 7 PEX water leaks in 8 months. All the other plumbing contractors and insurance adjusters have said the NIBCO PEX piping used by Dean & Son and in my Woodland house is the cheapest on the market. And when doing a closer look at the fittings and pipe, they can tell that the work was improperly done. They only way to fix the issue, is to tear the house apart and do a $20K-$25K re-pipe of the whole plumbing system. No insurance company will reimburse you for a re-pipe, it's all out of your pocket. I'm not the only one dealing with this, at least 14 other houses in my neighborhood have experience this nightmare and who knows how many other Woodland neighborhoods are dealing with this. I will never recommend anyone to buy a Woodland Home and definitely never use the plumbing services of Dean & Son. 2 crooked companies profiting at the expense of the consumer.

Friday night at 4 pm discovered a water leak at the main shutoff outside the house. Luckily called and Aaron the technician was finishing another call before heading home. Came right over and made the repair. Great attitude even for that late on the last day of the week . Kudos to Aaron and Dean & Sons for prompt and user friendly service .

They did plumbing on Pearson built home. It's been leak after leak after leak after leak. It's not just my house, but many of my neighbors have also had leak after leak after leak (also Pearson built homes). They also erroneously placed guest bathroom toilet too close to the wall. It's going to cost me over $1,000 to get it fixed. I do not recommend this company.

I had a problem with my septic tank, which Dean had installed years ago. He obviously takes pride in his work and he promptly came out to assess the problem. He quickly went to work and corrected the issue. If I ever need plumbing work in the future, I'll be calling him.

Please be aware of the Company. They promised me they would
perform Sewer Replacement and was told repeatedly the work
would be completed within 2 weeks. Called again in 2 weeks and
was told they were behind and would get to me as soon as they
could. After another 10 Days, called and talked to Cindy and She
informed me that Mr. Dean had decided that he would not fulfill his
agreement with me and to go find someone else. This Company is a
Joke and is not a Professional Company. My advise to
anyone looking at this Company to do Business with,
is do not waste your time like I did.

All new PEC pipes were installed under my older house - requested by the seller. Also a new line from the street to the house was installed in order to past house inspection. The work was done by Dean and Son. A month later, we were questioning if they had forgotten to upgrade an outside faucet pipe. Justin from Dean and Son, arrived two days later and explained what and why about this particular pipe was left that way. Anyway....we appreciated his expertise and explanation. He installed a new outside faucet (which he did not have to do). When someone does right by me, I am always happy to report on their web site. Great customer service. There are many old houses on my street that need this kind of work and I would certainly have no reservation on recommending Dean and Son for any work of this nature. Thank you JUSTIN.

Justin came out February 17th and realized the shower job was more than he had anticipated. Then, he looked at our upstairs shower and told us what to do to check for the leak. He rescheduled for the following week to come out and fix both showers. Justin fixed our downstairs shower and fixed our shower/tub combo drain upstairs within about 2 hours. The cost for doing both jobs were inexpensive for us and we were pleasantly surprised at the cost. Both things were about $200. Definitely will do business with them again. Thank you Dean and Son Plumbing.

We discovered a blockage in our kitchen drain. We called Dean & Sons and Justin arrived within the hour and the blockage was removed. All personnel were friendly, professional and efficient. Thank you. We are certainly recommending you to all our friends and family.

I’ve used Dean and Son Plumbing for almost 10 years. They are by far, the most reliable and honest plumbing company in the Huntsville area. Prior to finding them, I had horrible experiences with other plumbing companies. I will always use Dean and Son plumbing and highly recommend to others.

Great service good people. Scheduled an appointment a week ahead and Justin was here exactly when they said he'd be. Got on the clog immediately but had to get on the roof and get the clog out. Worked safely and in a timely manner. He was here and gone in less than an hour and it actually cost less than expected. Dean & Son Plumbing removed my old hot water heater and installed a new one. Alice gave me a very reasonable estimate and scheduled the job (over the phone) and Justin showed up on time, did an excellent job with the removal and installation. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

I cannot express how thankful we are for this amazing company. Aaron showed up and took care of our problem like a true professional. They showed up within 20 minutes of the call. Who does that? Cindy in the office was super helpful and the timing worked out perfectly. God is good.
