My kitchen light quit working, & I had 2 other lights that had to be toggled back & forth several times to get the lights to come on. Chase did not come in saying everything had to be replaced, which is what I expected. Instead he started out checking the wall switches, one of the less expensive repair options. I really appreciate this.

Had storm damage that caused the power lines to come off my house. Contacted Chance late that evening to see if he could fix it for me since he did great work a few months ago installing canned lights and a ceiling fan. He had everything handled the next day, so we were able to get power restored to our house.

Installed home generator. We told Chance what we wanted and he researched and installed exactly what we needed. Installed a separate panel for specific power needs for the generator to power up during outages. The attention to details are outstanding. Their work ethic is excellent. Very well satisfied and highly recommended.

I called up Ward Electric regarding an issue at our small church.
Although I am not an electrician, I do know enough to avoid getting electrocuted :-)

My initial purpose for calling was to pay for consultation, and if that did not guide me in a direction that would resolve my issue, I would have had him come out to repair it for me. I was intentionally transparent and upfront about this.

The fact that he willingly heard my issue and made an attempt to guide me in the right direction spoke volumes about him and the integrity of his company.

Many in this field wouldn’t have taken the time to consult a customer who wanted to attempt the repair themselves. I'm sure that had he felt the repair was too dangerous for me to resolve, he would not have continued consulting me.

He did not attempt to lead me through consultation on a wild goose chase so that he would be required to come out. But to the contrary, he made a serious effort to help. My issue was resolved that evening solely because of his consultation and 7 minutes of his knowledge.

Ward Electric is the best!!! Chase, the owner, responded immediately to my call and was at my lake house within hours. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. My issue was a tricky one, but Chase went over and above to diagnose and fix the problem. I would highly recommend Wark Electric and Air.

I called them on a Sunday afternoon when we started having power issues that seemed to only affect our house. I was immediately connected and explained the situation. Within a few minutes an electrician was on the way. While waiting for the electrician to arrive the power company notified us that the issue was affecting our house and one other in the neighborhood. I called back and canceled the service call. You would think that would be the end of it. However I received a text from Ward Electric later in the evening checking on us to see if everything turned out okay. You can bet that their number is now saved in my phone and will be the first call I make when something goes wrong again. You won't regret calling them!
