Always honest and trustworthy, never charged for unneeded parts. Neat, Polite, timely. Showed up when they said they would and didn't leave till everything perfect. This is my second time to use Black Dog Plumbing. I will never use another plumber. I have recommended them many times.

I had the second encounter with Black Dog Plumbing today. So, I can add consistent to their already established exceptional service! Tyler attended to my plumbing needs today, and he was prompt and altogether excellent! After taking a history of present illness, he examined the “patient” and then proceeded to work through his differential diagnosis. Unlike most, when his diagnostics uncovered another snafu, he brought it to my attention and literally showed me the findings so that we could correctly address the matter holistically. I was able to see the difference in the newly installed parts versus those that were excised and I could compare my malfunctioning toilet parts to the new proper functioning ones! In addition to addressing my current issues, he also did some preventative pressure checks. Furthermore, he checked his work and checked it twice to make sure I would not have any problems going forward.I really appreciate the integrity that was demonstrated and I felt that he addressed the issue like he would have if it were at his home! I must say that I was already impressed with Chris’s prompt response last week and now I’m absolutely certain that Black Dog is my plumbing service for life ! Thank you for being a blessing!

Nice people very timely response. Probably best for small, easy jobs. They couldn’t fix either of our issues. When I asked about a follow up concern I was told they were too busy and I should try another plumbing company.

Excellent service from Black Dog Plumbing. Had a water heater and water pressure issue that caused the tank to fail. I reached out at about 6:00 in the evening and by noon the next day all new regulator and water heater had been installed. They responded to my initial text asking for a price and schedule within 30 minutes. I had a good idea of price for this work and they were right on target. Very reasonable on pricing. And the quality of work was great. If I have another plumbing issue I am calling Black Dog first. Just great guys to work with.

Came on time, courteous and did the job he said he would. Recommend.

Not only was he professional and courteous, but he also quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with expert skill. He took the time to explain what went wrong and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, efficient, and knowledgeable. Have used Black Dog three times for 3 different jobs (one fixture replacement, an outside main line repair and a fix for the outflow pipe for a hotwater heater & AC unit). All three times, Black Dog were prompt, on time, polite, professional and very reasonably priced.
Tyler and Chris do great work and are easy to work with - very friendly, fast and professional! HIGHLY recommend if you need quick and professional service.

Chris did a great job replacing my water pressure regulator.

A few months ago, I had an issue with the water pressure in my shower, a blocked bathroom sink, and a leak in my kitchen sink. Tyler came out and had it repaired in two days(due to ordering a part). Black Dog was on time, kept me informed, and gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision about the repair. I can't recommend them enough.

Black Dog offered a free estimate and a competitive price. The technicians were prompt to the appointment, polite, and immediately went to work fixing my leak. They worked efficiently and left our yard in immaculate condition - I had to search for the area they worked in! I will definitely call them in the future.

Chris and Storm were super helpful, straightforward and easy to work with. They were thorough, explained everything fully and were consistently prompt and communicative. I’ll definitely call Black Dog for any future plumbing needs.
