First Responders Tree Worx

Today, First Responders Tree Worx removed all of the very numerous, very high up tree limbs hanging over my house using their bucket truck. A limb falling to my deck a week ago was my motivation for the need for this tree work since I had numerous limbs over my house that I did not want to fall on it. A recommendation that my daughter found on Oak Mountain FB and me finding their excellent Google Maps reviews and their web site showing a bucket truck led me to First Responders Tree Worx. The team of four men, including both co-owners was very careful and very professional as they cut high up limbs with one of the co-owners in the high-up bucket, who carefully lowered the large ones down by a rope, manned by the other co-owner, with the other two men dealing with cut limbs and work that did not require the bucket truck. In addition, the team trimmed the lower branches of my front-yard trees and a roof-touching plant and also identified and removed a small Bradford pear tree that was growing close to my house and is a problem tree. In summary, they did a great job of cutting, removing and cleaning up. I highly recommend First Responders Tree Worx, who will be my goto tree company for any future work. I was also impressed that the co-owners are a former policeman and a former fireman. .

I had some trees leaning towards, and over, my house that I was pretty concerned about. Tony came out and gave me a very fair quote that also included some other work that needed to be done for the health of the other trees on my property. He and his crew showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job taking the trees down and cleaning everything up. I was very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again!

We recently used First Responder Tree Worx to take down a tree and trim some limbs on two other trees. On the day of the service, Tony met with me to double check and make sure that expectations were met on the limbs to be trimmed.

The crew was clean cut, polite and made me comfortable they were performing the job.

The little things can often reveal the character of a person or company. They did some impromptu work for my neighbor and from the extra work, their blower ran out of gas. There was a small amount of wood chips left in the road where they had cleaned up that day. No one would have thought about it if left alone, but they sent someone back the next day to make sure the small amount of debris was also removed.

I have never used the same tree service twice, but they will be my first call next time I need work.

Beyond being pleased with the work, the price was very fair and competitive.
