Great people great place they've got my business!!

Jesse and Kenneth came around 3:00 in the afternoon and stayed until they completed the installation of our new unit. They were fast and efficient.

The technician was great,but the the unit he installed did not work right after he left,so we called them back and they wanted to charge a service fee just to come back and either replace or repair the unit,which I think was unfair,we paid for a new unit originally,this happened after about 30 days, which the unit quit working right after it was installed and now that winter is here the unit does not work at all on heating mode it is just a off and switch

I used them for my new build and I will use them on my next one.
They're very professional and have excellent customer service.

I have used Central Heat and Air for many, many years. They have always been prompt and taken care of any problems.

The owners are great. The prices are affordable. The staff is experienced, friendly, speedy, and knowledgeable.
Three generations of my family and I have used this company for years and haven't ever had a problem. Honestly, if I could give them more stars, I would.

These are the only people that I use for my service needs and will continue. I have never had a bad experience with them. They are the friendliest and most helpful people and they don't try to take all of your money, like some do. I finally had to replace the old unit that I had, it was installed 22 years ago, but when I tell you, they worked on my old unit until it is almost beyond repair and really repaired it, not patch it up so they can keep coming back. I should have had it replaced about 5 years ago, but they made it work and was still willing to keep it working, if that's what I wanted. 😂😂😂

Great service. Answered the phone but was booked up for the day I called but put me first on the list the next morning. Technician was polite and knowledgeable. Gave me a quote on a new unit which I will be getting from them. Give ‘em a call for all your HVAC needs. Prices was most reasonable in town. 7-13-22 They installed my new unit. Techs were great and very professional. Job totaled about 4 hours to replace my entire split you. Highly recommend these guys.

Our HVAC failed and we called them on a Wed afternoon. Thursday morning the tech came and diagnosed it: we could repair or replace. Replace made more sense given its age, so on Friday we decided to do that. Monday morning they were here by 9 and all done by 2. Excellent service and fair pricing.

Workers were very friendly and courteous. They worked hard, quickly, and cleanly to take old units out and install new ones. Prices were much more reasonable than other heating and cooling facilities in Clanton. Highly recommend!!!

Our downstairs heat pump needed to be replaced after 15 years of service. Since Clanton summers are often brutal, we needed to ensure that the replacement unit as well as the HVAC install provider were both dependable. Scouring through the internet for a unit that would meet our needs as well as our budget, we selected a Carrier Performance Series heat pump. We also chose Central Heating and Cooling, LLC as our service provider due to their competitive pricing and 2-year labor contract. Their install team was very polite, professional, and amazingly quick at removing the old equipment and installing the new units. My wife and I are delighted with our new Carrier heat pump and with Central Heating & Cooling, we would highly recommend their excellent service to anyone looking to replace their HVAC system!

Very disappointed if I had a choice to do zero stars, I would have put zero!! They charged me $6000 to install everything. I called them to come fix the drain because it wasn’t draining properly. They send somebody out and just stick a 90 on the end of the drain didn’t even crawl under the house. I call again to tell them it still wasn’t working. They sent somebody out for a second time and the technician says he crawled under the house fixes it and says I’m low on Freon fills my air-conditioning unit up with Freon but does not put a cap in the unit causing it to leak Freon and they charge me for it. Luckily, I had a neighbor that does maintenance work and he called it. Filled it up with Freon and put a cap on it. Six months later, I’m under the house doing some work. I just happen to look over and they never strap the drain line to where it could drain properly, they just found some rocks under my crawlspace to sit the drain line on and they never glue the drain line going from the furnace to the outside of the house which caused foundation problems in my crawlspace. Then my drain line gets stopped up and water overflows in the Furnace has rotted out my floor I’ve tried to call them, but no one hasn’t gotten back in touch with me. Then I go up in my attic to do some work and I see where they barely connect the lines going to the vents to heat up the house There’s holes all in the line and not sealed up heat and air goes all through the attic and barely goes down in the house. I do not recommend central heating and cooling. Unless you want to fix the things that they can’t get right like I have been doing This is pathetic.
