My outdoor A/C unit had stopped. After troubleshooting it for two days, I finally called Giles, who got me a technician within the hour, at my house. Not only did he arrive quickly, he was able to diagnose and fix the unit within 2 hours of his arrival. He was polite, very efficient, and explained the problem and how he was going to fix it in a way that was easy for any homeowner to understand. I will be using Giles for all of my future HVAC needs.

This is a top notch company, with top notch people. I called to make an appointment on 11-19 in the morning and by 3 PM that afternoon I had a tech at my house. Clayton came in diagnosed the problem quickly and talked me through what he found and what he felt caused it. Then repaired the unit very quickly and professionally.

The guys did a tremendous job in replacing one of the units at our church. Their professionalism and attention to detail are remarkable. The crews worked extra hard to have us up and running as promised and cleaned up behind themselves very well. They even came back out to double check behind themselves a couple days later.

The Giles crew never fails to excel in customer service. Big thanks to Gabby at the front desk for scheduling and great customer service.
