I recently bought an older house in need of a total rewire. The first company I used for not up to the task. I contacted Taylor Electrical and they came out to take a look. I am so delighted that the electrical foreman sent to my house was Dustin. He communicated with me concerning my electrical issues in language I could understand. There was never a time I texted Dustin that I did not get a timely response. In addition, Dustin offered excellent advice when I had questions. I did not realize the options people remodeling a house had in terms of new innovations until I spoke with Dustin. Now my house is reaping the benefits. Yes, there were some setbacks, but Dustin always came to the rescue and now I have a "new" house electrically speaking. I would totally recommend Taylor Electrical and Dustin. I feel totally safe in my house now that it has had a total rewire by Taylor Electrical.

I was impressed at the ease of scheduling and the prompt arrival of the electrician at the appointment time. Additionally, I appreciated Brad calling and facilitating the whole process and explaining upfront about their fees. When I texted Brad later that evening to tell him that the repair needed additional work, I received an immediate reply and the electrician was here by 9am to correct the problem. I felt the fees were fair and my charges were explained again by the electrician. I will definitely use Brad Taylor with any future needs.

Thank you Taylor Electric and Starsky Smith for upgrading our 150 amp service panel replacing our antiquated fuse panel and replacing them with a 200 amp service panel with an added manual transfer switch installation so I can use my generator during a storm. Starsky with Taylor Electric arrived promptly and gave me the lowdown to install my Tesla Charger on a 240 volt circuit. All questions were answered and he promptly began work after I approved his hourly rate and estimated time to complete. My Tesla Charger was installed without fuss and looks great in my garage. I’ve had some nuisance problems (few outlets not working etc) hanging around for a while- finally decided to get them taken care of and Starsky and Keifer were super helpful. Fast, efficient, and really polite. And the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
