HIGHLY recommend! Not only was he very knowledgeable so it makes him quick in the problem solving but he was also at my home on very short notice because he was concerned for me! he actually cared! friendly family guy and best price around. all the way around i don't think you can bet his service.

My heat pump stopped working on a 20' morning. Called Payne's for help. He already had a full day of appointments but added me to his list. It was 7 pm when he arrived, freezing and dark but he got right to work. Not an easy job either crawling under the smallest crawl space ever. Dont know many serviceman that would come that late. He said he didnt want a family to be cold. Oh and In the meantime he called and talked me through possible scenarios that could be causing the problem hoping to resolve the issue without a visit.Would recommend him to anyone. Service cost was reasonable too.

Amazing service! I can't brag enough on this guy. Not only was he fast to reply; he was respectful, professional and didn't overcharge! Not to mention really fun to talk to! If you have ANY problems with your AC or heating, call him! He was here same day and fixed my problem in no time. I still can't believe it. THANK YOU!
