I highly recommend All American Tree Company! They worked with us to come in a timely manner and take care of two tall trees that were starting to show signs of disease. We were having some construction done at the same time, but they planned around it and came during a couple of hours when the other crew was not here so they would not interfere. Best of all, they cut down the two trees, ground the two stumps, and cleaned up our yard in about an hour! Very professional and a job well done at a reasonable price.

Well for starters they did work at my house without ever speaking to me & I'm the homeowner. The owner told me they typically knock and let someone know however he didnt on this occassion. I didnt authorize this job and didnt know this was not paid for until the owner come to my house demanding he be paid, which was understood, however I had no idea what was going on! I went on to tell him that I would pay it. A week or so later he told me my husband called but he hadnt called him back. I called 2 weeks later to find out if it was paid and spoke to "ALI" and left a message for him to call me which he never did so I assumed he didnt because it had been taken care of. So he comes to my home and dumps a bunch of garbage in my yard! Even though that is illegal I'll let it go this time, and I ask him if he got my message and the only thing he said was he did not get paid.well, if you would have returned your phone calls you would have been. Very unprofessional I'm the handling of things especially when I would have paid you out of kindness when I didnt even authorize your work!

Showed up on a Sunday and was very professional and friendly. Will definitely use them again!

Devon came to my house upon request to give us a quote. He told us he was scheduled about 4 weeks out. We were waiting for our roof to be replaced and told him we would let him know as soon as the roof was complete so we could get on the schedule. I tried numerous times to contact him and get on the schedule. The first time he said he would get me on the schedule and let me know a day ahead that they were coming. Fast forward 6 weeks, no call, text or message of any kind. I sent messages, made calls, left messages with whoever answered the phone and got no response. I sent a text asking him to please let us know or if he could no longer do it to please tell us so we could find someone else and I got this message back:
Yes ma’am Devon is not going to be able to do the work . He said sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you

I asked for a reason and my husband has called twice since to find out the reason and nobody will respond. That’s not good customer service and it’s not professional at all!!

Devon and his team cut down two trees and the stumps were ground as well. They were very professional and friendly. They did not leave a big mess and the price was exceptional compared to any other quotes I received. They were a lower price than a few other arborists I checked with to cut down a large maple tree in my yard. They were friendly and got it scheduled really quickly. They showed up at 7am and had it cut down and cleaned in an hour. It was trash day and they even moved the garbage cans to a spot that the city could get to them and empty them.

We had a tree fall on our house and called Devon the next morning. They were out there that same afternoon and had it cleared within a few hours. They cleaned up the yard and it looks like no tree was ever down. The whole crew was very professional and easy to work with. We will definitely be using them again if needed.

Devon and his crew are very professional. They work hard, show up on time and do an amazing job. They removed a very large fallen tree in my backyard. When they completed, the back yard looked so great you couldn't even tell a tree had been there. They ground the stump and picked up all the debris. I recommend them to everyone.
