Chris worked me in to his schedule quickly, was knowledgeable about the issue with my dishwasher, and repaired it shortly after his arrival. Such a relief to have the problem solved!

Let me tell you what, I had some issues with my dryer. I got Chris’s number from a mutual friend and got a response immediately. He was very accommodating to my schedule, he came over the next day and fixed my dryer. Haven’t had any problems since! If you need an appliance repair definitely contact Chris at CC’s Home Service!

Chris is extremely professional and transparent. I had made a few calls before calling Chris and they all gave me a long time frame and a service fee just to show up. Chris could come out the next day and gave me a quick estimate. I also travel and wasn’t able to make one of the suggested appointment times but Chris was flexible and worked around me. You won’t find another company that will do that! He’s a great guy and knows what he’s doing. Make sure if you’re in Baldwin County and need an appliance repair to call here first. I called them all, let me save you the time and money. Call Chris.

My electric stove started having issues with a burner, CC home services, Chris, came oit and assessed the issue, immediately ordered the part and when it arrived he promptly came back to complete the repairs. Great communication and customer service. Highly recommend this business .

Chris was knowledgeable, professional and very easy to do business with. Mainly, he fixed an insignia appliance for me that 2 others said they simply don't service. Prices were fair. I have hired him multiple times.

Chris is extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem with my dryer after hearing the info and seeing the model number. He fixed it very quickly and even assessed my dishwasher. He ordered the part needed and will fix that one for us as well. Glad that I found a competent, friendly repairman with good communication skills.

Chris did a great job connecting our washer and dryer. He arrived when he said he would, and was very respectful and pleasant to deal with. We have had no issues and are able to use these appliances now....highly recommend!

Chris went over and beyond what I expected! He returned my phone call immediately, knew exactly what was wrong with my dryer, ordered the part and had my dryer working basically a day after my call. The whole job probably took 15 to 20 minutes. They let me know what their rate was which was awesome and that if they couldn’t fix it, they wouldn’t charge me. They also do other things besides APPLIANCES and love what they do if I could give them 10 stars I would. You’ll be happy with their services. Great guys.

I called Chris for an element replacement on my oven. He responded right away and was out the same day. He communicated efficiently through the whole process and was able to fix my oven back good as new! I appreciated how quick, efficient, and communicative he was. Chris did a great job installing a new garbage disposal for us. He was very prompt and professional. We will be calling him again, as other needs arise.
