Chris Cory was prompt, capable, pleasant and well equipped with his tools. He saved us from having a non-functioning dishwasher with out-of-town guests on the way. In the future we will call him for any appliance or electrical repair!

Hands down the absolute best company and repairman around. Would recommend a thousand times over. I had another repairman trying to figure out my Samsung front load washer to no avail. We tried for months and many visits. I ended up texting Mr. Chris late one evening after I found him on Google. I explained my situation and problem and told him that my current repairman was having a time figuring out what was wrong and during his off time at night he helped diagnose my problem thru text message. He told me exactly what was wrong and looked up my part number for me. Told me exactly what to get and how to change it myself and even sent a video on a test to run after I got it changed to make sure everything was working like it should. He never charged me one dime and in fact never even brought up anything about me paying. He knew I had been in a bind for a while and helped me. I will be forever thankful and grateful for him taking his time to help me. He now has a lifetime customer!!

I stumbled upon Chris and CC’s home service when our stove went out over Thanksgiving. CC’s was one of the only companies I called that did not charge a service fee and could come quickly. Chris was quick to respond, incredibly fair and honest with his pricing and super friendly to work with. He worked around our two small kids trying to get in his space and was very efficient. When the first fix didn’t work, he came back again the same day the new part came in. He even corrected our plug which was installed poorly by someone else. Choosing someone to repair your appliances can be overwhelming knowing how expensive it could turn out to be, and Chris alleviated that instantly. We will never use anyone else for any of our appliance repairs as long as he is available. You will not regret working with this company.

Chris was terrific to work with. I had a leak from my washer. Called, left a message and he returned my call within an hour and was able to come to the house same day. He ordered a part and got the washer back in business. He is pleasant to work with and has reasonable rates for repair.
I will call him again in future if/when I have another appliance issue

Chris was very polite and professional on the phone and followed up quickly with calls back to me. His service was excellent and very through and answered any questions with patience and care. The install went smoothly and cleanly and I can't say enough good about him! Highly recommend to anyone needing repair or installs😀

I had a great experience with CC’s Home Service today. Christopher came out to repair my clothes washer and was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He arrived on time, quickly found the issue, and even showed me the defective part and explained what caused the problem.

I appreciated that he replaced it with a higher-quality part so the washer will be more reliable going forward. The repair was completed efficiently, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.

I’m very satisfied with the service I received and will definitely call CC’s Home Service again for any future appliance repairs. Highly recommend!

I used Chris because he had 5 stars and that was not my experience with him at all. I had a simple issue, I needed a dryer belt and he made 3 trips to my house and my dryer is making a rattling noise now that it wasn’t making before he came. I text him a picture of my model and serial number before he came which I thought he would have made sure he had the part before he came. He tried to put a belt on that was the wrong size and had to leave to go buy the part. He was not responsive to text. I was always texting and following up on the text to get a response as to when he might be back to fix it. He came back and put on a different belt. I had to ask someone to be here for him to fix it as I was going out of town. When I got back and used the dryer, it was making a high pitched humming sound. He asked me to send him a video of it and he said I know exactly what that is. Why didn’t he know that before he left when he put it on??? The high pitched noise did stop when he came to fix it but it is frequently making a rattling noise that it wasn’t before. I would not recommend him for service. Unprofessional and not considerate of other people’s time.

This guy does not return phone calls.. Very unprofessional. He sent me a text asking what the problem was. Once I told him the problem, I didn’t hear anything back. I messaged him a couple more times and still nothing. If you can’t do the job, just let me know.
