Construction Company reviews in Daphne, Alabama

Chris and his crew exceeded all our expectations.

Great service, very professional, easy to work with...local owner who cares about the Eastern Shore...highly recommend

Was fast to come look at my issue and provide solution. Quality work and professionalism.

Excellent work done by competent people. Attention to detail. Reasonable price. Highly recommend

Solid company that does quality work. We have had a great experience with CMC and look forward to future projects. Feel confident hiring this company to do what they say they will.

5 stars! Extremely knowledgeable. Straight shooter. If you want someone to butter you up and tell you all the things you want to hear, this contractor is not for you. If you want someone to give you facts and manage expectations, this is the one for you.

5 Stars! This company is extremely knowledgeable and professional. As it turns out, the customer is not always right, but CMC does a great job of explaining why certain things can or can't be done. I have no problem recommending them to everyone.

We are new home owners, and we had several projects when moving into our new home. Chris was highly communicative and eased our stress every step of the way! We highly recommend CMC Contracting Services!!

I have two words to describe the owner of this company, ethical and professional! My dealings with Chris have always been first class. Whenever I'm considering a new project, CMC is the first and only company on my list!

Just finished another project with CMC. Four large outdoor structures; a 65' x 12' pergola, a 500 sf greenhouse, a swing arbor and a cupola as a garden centerpiece. There is no one else who builds to this quality, with the great service that Chris brings to the job. We have used CMC a number of times before and will use them again. I don't even bother getting other estimates.

Chris recently helped us finish a front porch remodel and he did an excellent job. We had met with many different contractors before deciding on Chris as he seemed to be the most knowlegable and had the best understanding of how to complete the job and achieve the look we had envisioned. He completed the carpentry work in a timely manner and the job went as planned. We recieved a wide variety of quotes and Chris is on the higher end, however knowing a job will be done right the first time and completed in a timely manner is worth the peace of mind. Staining took a bit longer, but when it snows twice in Alabama you know theres going to be delays. His painter eventually came on a Sunday to complete the job! I would definitely recommend CMC to others and will hire Chris for any of our future projects.

Great service! Chris and his crew (Michael and Angel) are great people to work with and they helped us create the perfect outdoor kitchen for our home. We are very pleased with their attention to detail, their excellent communication skills and their friendly service. I would highly recommend them!

I wanted a "whimsical" garden shed. Chris Miller was recommended by my cousin. Chris and his crew did indeed build my "whimsical" garden shed. Chris incorporated all of my "whimsical" ideas into an amazing finished project. I wanted my kitchen remodeled. I again contacted Chris Miller and discussed what I wanted. This finished project has been described as stunning. His attention to fine details really places his finished projects into a customer's satisfaction that is much above average. I could not be more pleased with the work and craftsmanship of Chris Miller and his crew.

I have used CMC to do the repairs and maintenance on my rental property in Fairhope for years. Since I live out of town being able to take care of my tenants' needs was a real concern when I was deciding how to rent my property. The level of professionalism and courtesy I have received from CMC and Chris during this time has allowed me to rent the house myself, rather than having to use a rental company. Which in turn has allowed me to put more money in my pocket each year. Whether your project is a small repair, an addition to your home, a renovation, or anything in between I would gladly recommend CMC. Great job CMC, keep up the good work!

I recently had a remodel done to the exterior of our home by CMC. To say that we are satisfied is an understatement. I expected to have quality craftsmanship because of the reputation built by CMC, but what I did not expect is for the personal communication that I had with Chris throughout the entire project. His updates and attention to detail make CMC a company that sets itself apart from others around here. I know for a fact that for any project that I have big or small I will always call Chris to handle it and whenever possible I will always refer my friends and family to him because of the fantastic job he did in making our home beautiful.

Gold standard people at this company. Chris, went above and beyond to help our family out of a very tough situation, and make our home right again.. Highly recommend CMC services to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy contractor for your project. Thank you CMC so much for your help.

I can't say enough good things about Chris Miller and his team. Chris holds his workers and vendors to extremely high standards, has great attention to detail, and communication is transparent, frequent, and he keeps everyone on the same page.

The construction industry is littered with overpromising and under-delivering. Chris Miller and CMC Contracting are the exact opposite. I will refer them to anyone in need of custom home building and remodeling, and highly recommend to anyone reading their reviews here!

We are writing this on Christmas Eve morning. Starting with Thanksgiving and all the way through the new year is the time to remember all we are thankful for. This year that includes the beautiful 500 ft² addition to our log cabin expertly built, and beautifully crafted by Chris Miller, construction and team. A project of this type with all the necessary attention to detail (illustrated by the attached photos) can not be done without unforeseen complication and attendant delays, but in every instance, Chris showed the highest integrity, desire, and determination to do the best job possible within constraints imposed by us and others. So we are currently sitting in our beautiful addition, looking at the Christmas tree and it's folk glory. Thank you to Chris, Angel, Omar, and the many wonderful subcontractors that made this possible. We wish them and everyone a wonderful Christmas holiday season and beautiful healthy happy new year.
