I hired Turf Experts, who was purchased by DC Lawn, in the spring of 2023 to spray my yard on their Turf Health Plan. After using them for 2 years, my lawn still is riddled with weeds, ants, and the overall look of the grass is no different than before I hired them. Their admin is just as bad as the turf health plan. Getting someone to answer the phone is not an easy task. We asked to have a 24 hour call ahead prior to spraying so our dog could be put up. This happened maybe once or twice in 2 years. When I called to cancel they didn’t even ask why or how they could make it right, the lady on the phone just said ok. Really poor customer service.

This is not entirely true but a poor attempt to try and save face. The product is not required to be watered in every time spraying is applied. When it is required to be watered in the technician is supposed to leave a placard on the door with instructions. We kept all of our placards and have a total of 3 that specify to “Water In”. Keep in my mind they sprayed every 6 weeks in spring and summer for 2 years. Their quote states that it may take up to 2 times of spraying for weeds to go away. We are 2 years into it with weeds, ants, mushrooms, torpedo grass, etc still growing in the yard. They also specify that they will come back to spray in between spraying if the weeds are still not under control. We tried to have them do so but between nobody answering the phone and them putting it off due to scheduling this never occurred. The response is just another poor attempt at DC Lawn “doing their Job”. A joke.

Outstanding service. The fence installers cracked a line and boogered up a few sprinkler heads. Jake and his partner did a great job of fixing and explaining what they were doing and gave some tips on watering. Highly recommend DC Lawn and Landscape.
