We had to have a new water line installed to service a new refrigerator ice maker. This included running a new line from the water system in the attic to the kitchen.

The work was well done, the techs communicated very well keeping us aware of progress or problems. They cleaned up the job, were polite and well mannered. We will be calling them again when we need service help. Thank you!

Awesome service! John and Kyle were 10 min early, wire booties over their shoes to protect our floors, extremely polite and very knowledgeable about my gas fireplace. It seems almost impossible to get excellent service these days, but Ontime Service is definitely the exception. Will certainly use this company again.

Landon and Dalton worked hard all day installing our new Generac! They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Great representatives of your company! Thank you to both of them!

My technician was a very nice black man, I don't remember his name. He came in and went to work resolving my bathtub drain. I was so happy with the work he did for me

Had them come out for HVAC repair my technician Matt was a pleasure to work with very knowledgeable of the HVAC trade was very respectful and did a fantastic job to get our AC repaired. I would definitely recommend them in the future. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Chris was courteous and upfront with pricing. He thoroughly explained what the job would entail and warranty behind their work. Looking forward to seeing the end product.

Brian assessed our plumbing issues and came up with a good solution. He and his crew worked tirelessly and finished the job quickly and cleanly. We couldn’t be happier with OnTime Service.

My Generac standby generator wouldn’t start automatically or manually. The display showed a bad fuse, bad battery, and was tossing code 2400. Grok and I diagnosed it for a while; then I called OnTime Service and asked for help. I’ve never used their generator techs, but the previous OnTime techs have performed well on my jobs.

Their technician, Landon, arrived OnTime and diagnosed the problem. The main control card had developed a problem and only a subset of features and functions were operational.
The board readily available on the truck was a non compatible revision. (It was probably for a newer generator. Our Generac is as old as dirt.).
Landon ordered the correct board. He installed it this morning. Later in the morning the generator started automatically, OnTime, for its weekly exercise.
As you can see from my previous reviews, OnTime techs are knowledgeable, answer questions and they have performed well on my projects.

They are still my “go to” guys for those things Grok and I can’t fix.

BelForest Water Company called a few days ago and notified me that we had a water leak. I next called OnTime Services. Rick came out and found the problem and they scheduled the work for today. They replaced the water line from the street to my home. Rick arrived OnTime and completed the job on time. Actually, the job was completed a bit earlier than anticipated. I have found the technicians working with OnTime to be prompt, courteous, and competent. Kudos!!

We called OnTime yesterday and Ethan, our service provider, arrived on time today. He evaluated our electrical needs and provided a solid plan that will fix our garage outlets.
The work is scheduled for next week.

5 Stars again….
Ethan and Blade arrived this morning on time and started work right away. They had the parts and pieces that were to be installed with them. About 4 hours later the work was complete and fully tested. The open ground in my garage circuit was corrected. The electrical feeds for my 2 freezers in the garage have been relocated from the garage GFIC circuit to new dedicated circuits for each freezer. I expect the probability nuisance of trips that have affected my freezers are greatly reduced.
I am pleased with the job. I was impressed with OnTime Service from the very first meeting to work completion.
I do recommend OnTime Service for anyone that would like competent, punctual, and courteous service.

Tech was very knowledgeable, professional, and fast! He answered all my questions, found the issue quickly, and fixed it without trying to sell me things I didn't need. I will be going with OnTime Service for any of my household repairs from now on!

Vincent was professional and communicated with me the whole time, letting me know what he was doing. Obviously took pride in his work by how clean he worked and photographed all work, before and after. Cleaned up our unit very well, even gave me so cool tips. You can tell when employees love their job by the smile, the way they talk and the pride they take. So many times I have had other companies that could not get out of here fast enough. Def recommend On Time to anyone. Just still waiting on someone to call and schedule my next project that he quoted me on.

They were prompt and “On Time”. I had 2 ceilings fans and a chandelier installed. Kamiko and his partner were very nice and explained things well. One of the fans was defective and I had to return it. Kamiko came back in the afternoon and installed the new one. Great friendly service, I highly recommend them.

Someone answered the phone on a very cold and rainy day, was professional , took my request and called back shortly to tell me they could send someone same day which was a Saturday. Not long after Kevin Spencer called to tell me he was at the door. He was clean, polite, professional and used his boot covers. He quickly diagnosed our problems and told us what to do instead of doing the minor repairs and charging a fortune as others might have. Hands down, best service I’ve had in Mobile!! Keep up the great work! Only cost the service fee which was affordable and minimal.

Mr. Ricky had the most calming spirit. I felt absolutely comfortable with him and his presence, in and around my home. He came out for and estimate...He was very thorough and shared his concerns and more. He also was very descriptive on what the On Time Company offered. I really enjoyed our morning together, due to his peaceful spirit...and not making me feel, like a number and making me feel important and that the company would love to have my business. All employees should have a manner and spirit as his.. He should be recognized for the way Mr. Ricky treats his customers ..

Matthew was extremely detailed, knowledgeable and communicated the problem and cost to repair effectively. He was the ultimate professional and gentleman. If I had any other problems I sure would be happy if he was my technician. Thank you for sending such a wonderful person to us.

Mr. John Travis, with OnTime Service, recently did whole home repiping in my home. He did excellent work and was very respectful, did great cleanup afterward, had great work ethics and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dalton did a fantastic job. He went over with me what he was going to do. He was courteous and professional. He removed all the old plumbing and accessories from the attic (cleaned up behind himself).
On Time Service is MUCH better and professional than the previous company we used. My invoice/receipt was itemized.

Got here on time… had friendly faces! I showed them the area and I asked them for what would be the right budget friendly option for me.. They gave me the best prices they can provide for what I needed

Ethan was great. Explained everything and provided several options and good suggestions. Thought price for installation of a 50 amp RV service was more than reasonable.
The response time to provide quote and schedule to complete was very quick and fit our needs perfectly.

Dalton was great! He was very thorough and even checked on some electric questions I had that they weren’t even there for! I will definitely be getting more work done with them.
