We had to have a new water line installed to service a new refrigerator ice maker. This included running a new line from the water system in the attic to the kitchen.

The work was well done, the techs communicated very well keeping us aware of progress or problems. They cleaned up the job, were polite and well mannered. We will be calling them again when we need service help. Thank you!

Misleading pricing for standard servicess I was told by the phone rep Sophia that my sewer lateral inspection was $149. I used them successfully last year when I was in the process of buying a home, I ended up not buying the home. This year The sewer lateral inspection quoted over the phone was $149. Once he arrived it was $741. Paid a fee of $59. Was not explained that outdoor access was an issue. Was asked to prove where I got the $149 pricing from. At the time I could not remember and stated I saw it online. However realized later I was quoted that price from the phone rep. UPDATED: The owner’s reply belowstated I was explained everything. None of what he wrote in the below reply was explained to me. It would have been nice to know for my $59 for nothing. I ended up receiving a break down of what I was quoted onsite 2 days later.

The service technician Kamiko was excellent both with his skills and electricity and knowledge of our situation. Our transformer for our outdoor lighting had been hit by lightning. He checked all of our house to make sure we had no further damage and he was prepared to replace that transformer immediately. Excellent customer service skills, very professional we required an exact replacement for the transformer which he did order so we had the capacity for further lighting expansion. The box somehow got lost in shipment and was re-ordered. We never heard from the front office if and when our box would come in, we feel like the technician himself went above and beyond to keep us informed but the front office never contacted us to tell us what was happening it took a month. As far as service skills. The technician was definitely a five star The front office, however, lacked in customer service and communications and made the job more difficult.
