Called Harold this morning and left a message about my sewage being stopped up and backing up into my master bathtub and he promptly returned my call and was at my house a few hours later. He unstopped my line as well as installed a new flapper on a commode that was running periodically, all for a very reasonable charge. I will definitely call him again if I have any other plumbing issues as well as referring him to all my friends.

We just moved in the area and the home we moved into had no history of the water heater being maintenance. I called the manufacture for recommended plumbers in the area to service the water heater. They gave me 2 plumbers to contact. Both plumbers told me that it's better to replace the water, then servicing it, because it was 10 years old. Which would have cost $1500. Now, If I compare this type of mindset with having a vehicle, I'm not going to get a new vehicle, whenever I need an oil change.....We search the internet and I saw the reviews for "All About Plumbing Services". We played phone-tag for a little bit, but Harold was consistent in returning phone calls. I told him about the situation and he mentioned about his own water heater being 20+ years old and operating fine. We scheduled a date and time. Harold called to say he was on his way and showed up at the time he committed to. Harold was very personable when doing the work and we spoke about future plumbing endeavors with this home. Harold wasn't trying to "up-sale" us and seemed more like developing a trusting relationship. Harold is someone I put on my speed-dial for all my plumbing needs.
