My A/C went on the fritz on a Sunday night- a hot Sunday night. After reading the rave reviews for Air Solutions servicing Baldwin County, I contacted them. I left a message with their answering service hoping to get an appointment early in the upcoming week. To my surprise Jesse called me five minutes later. He was in the area and would come out and take a look at my A/C. ( there is a higher service charge for a Sunday- but it was worth it!). Jesse diagnosed and fixed the issue in about 30 minutes. So nice and professional. Air Solutions is now my go to HVAC service. What a great experience.

Jesse came today to install a micro air easy start on my AC unit, which is pretty difficult to install and he did an excellent job, to be prepared, he watched YouTube videos so that when he got here, he would be able to install it as the manufacturer would want it installed, the device works excellent and I appreciate his professional attitude. This company is amazing.

Air Solutions Heating and Cooling is a top notch A/C company. We had a complicated problem going on, and Jesse persevered until he found the problem, and even worked after hours to help us get heat on in our house before cold weather came through in January 2026. We will definitely be using this company again for all of our heating and cooling needs!

Jesse is absolutely amazing! Was able to explain the issues I had, very fast with fixing everything and triple checked to make sure that I wouldn't have any foreseeable issues between now and next visit for maintenance. 10/10 service highly recommend!

I am so impressed with this company! Not only from the first meeting to discuss replacing my HVAC unit and learning the issues I needed to consider, to the day of installation I cannot have asked for more! Reaves, Tyler, Jesse, and Jacob were knowledgeable and professional, and extremely careful to not scrape walls, etc.!
Also, I like the fact that they are a local company meaning they’re not owned by a conglomerate that owns most of the companies here. And of course the final point is their pricing was better than any of the other estimates I got, but I did not feel I compromised quality! So if you’re in the market, definitely get them to give you an estimate!

I’m very appreciative of the fast and caring service. They came within and hour of my after hours call and I felt very comfortable with the diagnosis Jesse offered to repair my system. They were prompt, professional, and very honest. They bent over backwards to find the compressor and upgraded some of my features in an amazingly rapid fashion. They even offered a discount on my repair for signing up for their very affordable maintenance program. The techs that came were very polite and explained all they did and taught me how to use the new thermostat and answered all my questions. Jesse and Justin arrived on time, calling beforehand to give me a heads up before they arrived. They were professional, helpful and were absolutely transparent about the a.c. They installed surge protectors in my a.c. units to protect them from power surges and got the inside a.c. up to current code. These guys are good at what they do and are very clean and neat when working indoors. They wore shoe covers when entering and re-entering the house. Awesome guys and awesome work! Jacob was fantastic in providing service to fix our Carrier HVAC unit. He worked late to repair the problem. And it works perfectly and the cost were very reasonable. We actually signed up for an annual maintenance agreement, and the first service was completed this morning. He was on time and the service was fantastic. I would highly recommend Air Solutions for your HVAC service and repair.
