Constraction reviews in Deatsville, Alabama

Pricing was fair and they did the job, as expected. I had to point out a few shingle pieces left behind but no big deal. My biggest disatisfaction that cost a couple of stars from the review, is that I had a leak less than a year after replacement. It took literally over ten calls before I could get ahold of him. His voicemail box was full, as well. It took nearly 4 months after I first attempted contact to get him to come back out.

In December 2011 Mr. Whirley's crew installed my roof in about 2 hours and 2 months later I had a leak again but in a different place. I tried for over two months to phone Mr. Whirley about my problem, left message after message Mr. Whirley never returned my call. One morning in June on a rainy day I called and was able to contact Mr. Whirley he promised to come by and check the roof but never showed up. He has not fixed the leaky roof or called me nor returned my call to date. Be ware of the Contractor. He's shady.

“Hometown” service and value seems to be very rare these days. My wife described our problem over the phone and based on the info this company was honest and suggested what we should do. No service call charge or BS work to temporarily fix the issue. I will DEFINITELY use this company for any future plumbing needs.

Outstanding customer service and support from the whole team. Gas line installed for New cooktop and will be back to install new toilets. Great price and service. We will definitely use them in the future.

My water heater died & this company came highly recommended so called them to replace my water heater. They did. It leaked immediately. I called them to come back. They did and I was told (quote) "oh we forgot to finish the drain pan and seal it". They "fixed" it then sprayed the ceiling with Kilz and called it a day. The stain never went away or came back. Today I was told after the ceiling starting leaking in the last 24hrs and today separated "the drain pan isn't set properly or sealed completely". Lessons to be learned I guess.
