These men were efficient and safe. In addition to other parts of the extremely large pecan tree, they cut a HUGE limb over hanging my home and did not harm even the flowerbed also underneath the limb. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, hauled away, and all cleaned and tidy before they left. I would absolutely call them again.

I used this company for 30 years and just switched to someone else. They always did good work, but customer service and scheduling have deteriorated.

Brent took his time and the job right. The previous homeowners repaired a leak and the ply wood was not replaced. Getting a new roof , Brent came out after being recommended by the roofer . Great looking new flashing and storm collar.

Johnathan and Dalton were amazing. The inspection of the chimney cap and pan plus the chimney cleaning was quick, professional, and they explained everything really well. I got to see pictures and options for repair plans. There was no pressure but there was a genuine concern for the safety of my home. I couldn't ask for more!

We scheduled a visit to have our gas fireplace checked out and the dryer vents cleaned out. Top Hat came out and Christopher was amazing! He was genuinely fantastic and we had a great experience on all things. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and my husband and he were able to chat about their time in the military and really connect.

They even sent a text when he was on his way with his photo and little bio which was such an extra touch to give people comfort about who was about to come into their home. He uncovered some install issues in our new construction home, and we scheduled a repair and they called within minutes to schedule the follow up work. All around WELL DONE! 👍🏼

They destroyed our entire lawn, front n back, digging trenches throughout with insufficient dirt n failed to sod over, but kept putting off topping with proper sod!! Eroding continues to date. His employees destroyed left back fence (New fence 2 mos.), n mowing with 2 heavy riding mowers when yard wet n muddy, to no avail, totally destroying our entire lawn. The employees further mowed directly over trenches, breaking multiple sprinkler heads. We paid $5200 on March 4, 2022, which was the end of a six-week project, only to discover that the sprinkler heads are improperly adjusted, so as to NOT cover all areas/zones n multiple zones remain DRY; other areas/zones are flooding portions of lawn n causing molded grass!! One excuse after another to repair damages incurred by company n its UNSKILLED employees!! The front lawn is DESTROYED n rutted throughout!! They scattered red dirt throughout entire driveway, which must b pressure washed to clean properly!!
Our lawn looks ATROCIOUS!! WORSE after expending $5200 than previously!! ENTIRELY UNPROFESSIONAL N INEPT!! May have to file claim for extensive DAMAGES n/r file with Court for civil damages!! DO YOUSELF A FAVOR N GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!!

I used this company for almost two years. Many times they didn’t show or were a week late. Toward the end of this summer season they didn’t show. And another week went by and they didn’t show. I texted Paul just to check that they would show at the four week mark. Complete silence. Still has yet to contact me. I stood up for him when I saw folks post on Facebook posts about him not showing or poor communication. Turns out they were right. Very disappointed. I cannot ever recommend this company or Paul. Look elsewhere.

This business is terrible! My next door neighbor hired them to cut her lawn and they ran their mower over our yard and made huge gauges in our lawn. It looks horrible. When my husband went to talk to them about it and pointed out the damage they did to our yard ( and their was no reason for them to be in our yard) they said they didn’t care to his face! This is disgraceful. They should pay for the damage done and apologize.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional Paul the owner does not return calls. I hired this company last year to take care of my lawn. I the year that they took care of my lawn I had multiple times I had to call the owner to discuss improper cutting of my yard . His crews are not professional and never done the job correct. After finally firing the company I tried to contact Paul the owner and discuss my refund due to I always paid for a month ahead and did not receive the full month of services. The owner will not answer any calls or text concerning this matter. Please stay clear of them you will not be (HAPPY) !!!!!!

Paul and his team at Low Cut were recommended to us by one of his previous clients. We have a large backyard in our new home and needed landscape design and installation. Paul was very responsive and professional. He listened to our ideas and designed a great yard. His team was awesome and the most polite and respectful young men. Over 10,000 square feet of sod, multiple flower beds, irrigation and design were all executed well. We can't recommend his Team enough!

Paul and his team were hired to redo my yard where I had an in ground pool filled in. They laid sod, refreshed a couple of flower beds, and laid a small checkerboard patio. Paul stayed in constant contact with me throughout the job and made sure that everything was to my liking. He even sent photos to let me know how things were progressing since I was at work while they were working on my yard. They cleaned up behind themselves and left everything in order. Paul was very polite, respectful and quick to answer any and all questions. He took great pride in making sure that I was pleased. The price was extremely fair. I feel very fortunate and blessed to have had him recommended to me and I would not hesitate to have him work with me again.

Pricing was fair and they did the job, as expected. I had to point out a few shingle pieces left behind but no big deal. My biggest disatisfaction that cost a couple of stars from the review, is that I had a leak less than a year after replacement. It took literally over ten calls before I could get ahold of him. His voicemail box was full, as well. It took nearly 4 months after I first attempted contact to get him to come back out.

In December 2011 Mr. Whirley's crew installed my roof in about 2 hours and 2 months later I had a leak again but in a different place. I tried for over two months to phone Mr. Whirley about my problem, left message after message Mr. Whirley never returned my call. One morning in June on a rainy day I called and was able to contact Mr. Whirley he promised to come by and check the roof but never showed up. He has not fixed the leaky roof or called me nor returned my call to date. Be ware of the Contractor. He's shady.

These guys are FANTASTIC! They do the project properly, and more importantly (in this area of the world) show up ON TIME and ready to get after it! Will use them from now on without a doubt.
