I’m really glad I decided to have Deepsouth roofing replace my roof. They showed up early went right to work and didn’t leave until the job was finished. They cleaned up the area around where they were working and left it cleaner than when they got there. The job was done with care and expertlse. Very impressive. I would give them an A+!!!!!

Hunter came out to provide an inspection and estimate on our crawl space and was extremely knowledgeable, polite and honest. He went through everything he found in detail and gave great recommendations. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

It first started with excellent care in the office with Brandy and Brady answering the phones answering questions and getting me in contact with their inspector Jamie who came out quickly and was very thorough and very honest with his assessment of what needed to be done. I found their pricing to be reasonable. The crew did their job well with respect to my property and cleaned up after they were done. Always kept me informed of what was going to take place when, who, where and how they were doing the job. Super helpful friendly always on time. At a honest and fair price. Awesome company to work with! Very professional, great communication and great work. Had them come out and do a lot of foundation work, installed about 10 helical piers, lentil repairs and was very pleased. Last but not least, they are VERY reasonably priced compared to some of the well known companies. Would highly recommend for any services they offer!

Deep South added a culvert to close our backyard ditch. They came right out for an inspection, submitted a timely quote, and their work was on schedule, on budget. and looks great. They even followed up to make sure we were satisfied.

I am remodeling my kitchen that includes removing 2 load bearing walls and replacing with LVLs. The large wall irequired a 3 ply 20" deep LVL spanning 19'. It was difficult to find a contractor that replaces load bearing walls. I contacted Deep South Construction and Grant visited along with David Clark (Struct Eng they work with). I knew after reviewing the project with Grant and David, I wanted to work with Deep South. Every question I had they knew the answer. There were a couple of challenges that I reviewed with David and he had recommendations. The week of the work, Walter, Austin and crew arrived and I could tell immediately they knew what they were doing. Walter led the 4 man crew and they worked like clock work. I was amazed at their progress and the quality of their work. Things I was concerned about, they already had a plan. I would without hesitation recommend Deep South Construction especially Grant and David Clark (PE) and the Deep South field crew with Walter and Austin's team.

I got about 20 quotes in total. They were not the cheapest but very fair priced. Miguel was amazing to work with! He taught me why they were doing what they were doing and the finished product shows! Him and his crew went above and beyond! They even straightened up the surrounding area for cosmetic reasons where they didn't have to! I will use and refer them every chance I get!

The young men had an awful task. Our crawl space is very limited especially in some areas. My Mom explains that she and my Dad dug out the crawl space by hand after they purchased the home in 1959. So needless to say, they had a difficult job to complete. They did the job as best they could with what they had to work with. They completely cleaned out and hauled off what was under there, unbelievable what they removed. They installed the supports and incapsulated the the best they were able to, considering the work space. We were pleased the young man that came out and explained what could be done and the 2 young men that came out and completed the job. Thank you Deep South Construction.

After the initial assessment with Grant, I knew Deep South was the company I could trust with the extensive repairs needed to our foundation as well as the waterproofing and encapsulation system required to protect the foundation moving forward. The contracting process was handled by A.J. who was very careful with the details and patient with all of my questions. The onsite team led by Austin arrived right on time and went hard to work. As we had to leave the home while repairs were being made, Austin kept us up to date on everything and when we had to make an adjustment to the plan (e.g., our original hardwood had been nailed down and was not going to come up as we had hoped, so new flooring in certain parts would be needed) he walked me through what changes were needed before starting on them to ensure I was okay with the adjusted plan moving forward. Overall, Deep South did an exceptional job at an affordable price. They were the utmost professionals, honest and caring. I will look no further than Deep South Construction for any work on our home. Brady and Miguel did a great job taking care of my project with Excellent communication. A 31x51 concrete slab with specific requirements for my building. Quality work, perfect to my specifications at reasonable price. I will do business with DSCP again. I highly recommend them.

Great salesman! I was all in. They finally showed up for first steps of contract. Then, Total silence. I texted my sales guy twice because my gate wouldn't close & wondered why I hadn't heard any news on the rest of work. Nothing. Crickets! Then I got a call asking for my balance. My dog ran away because they left my fence unable to close, petrified! I asked supervisor to come out & was basically pacified everything would be fine.
After several questions regarding the work, I do not believe the were honest with me. I have pics, emails & texts. Such sweet people horrible results.lots of excuses. Gate still doesn't shut. Just now was accused of lying about the gate!! It shut before, now doesn't. Hard to maKe that up! I text salesman 11-24-25 & heard nothing until 12-01-25! Great customer service,proceed with caution
1-7-26: lies & excuses. My fence opened & closed perfectly before the work began. Afterwards, it would not shut & the worker stated it to me, big guy in red sweatshirt! I had to sand down the fence so that it would close again. As stated in our phone conversation, I never received a VM from anyone so if I missed a call....I still have my texts that show a week went by without a response to my texts asking for assistance. I wanted it to work out differently but not the case. Next job, if there are errors on your part you might want to admit the error and simply offer to fix the issue instead of all the excuses & cover ups!

Early 2023 I discovered water seeping under the Tile floor in the solarium.
I had to have someone in the construction business immediately to find the source and make necessary repairs.

I contacted Shelton Construction and they evaluated the problem. It took several days to identify the source of the problem. The work was extensive and they were diligent in locating the water origin and forming a plan.
It took several weeks of testing and determining the course of action.

The personnel were efficient, neat and stayed on schedule to complete as quickly as possible.

I was very please with the contracted work they did and hopefully
I will never have another water event.
