Justin and team are excellent electricians. I am a home owner and was in need of a new electrical panel. I interview 5 electricians and got quotes from all. The best priced and most reasonable was ICE. I would highly recommend this team. Let it be known, I have nothing to gain from either a positive or negative review. An honest review is what I am posting. Again, I would highly recommend this team. They are hard workers and did an excellent job.

I needed some work done on my home and I had about 4 or 5 electricians come in and give me quotes for the job I needed done. Of all the electricians that I interviewed, I liked Justin the best as he gave me confidence. He was professional and he accommodated me to an extent that none of the other electricians would consider. I chose ICE to do the work because they not only gave me the best price, but they also gave me the most confidence and were the most professional. After their work was finished, they had it inspected, and the county inspectors passed their work with flying colors.

I just now had them install a new outside box upgrading my service to 200 amp as well as installing an extra inside box on the opposite side of my house and connecting several different items to the new box. Edwin and his helper did the most work on the property and they worked quickly and professionally. They were always appropriate and by the end of the two days they worked on my house I considered them to be friends of mine. In the end, they had set up 2 inspections which both inspectors with the county raved about their work and told me they loved inspecting ICE's work because of the quality in how they perform their duties. I will always come back to ICE electricians. They have earned a customer for life. Thank you, Justin and Edwin and the new guy.

Unfortunately it’s seems as though one of your lovely technicians has severe road rage and throws tantrums in construction zones. might wanna get a hand on that before he does something goofy to the wrong person.

The River City Electric crew showed up early and were done within an hour and a half resolving numerous problems at the distribution panel and electrical outlets throughout the house. They also checked wiring in the attic. When I saw the invoice amount for the work done, I was pleasantly surprised and paid the amount immediately before the present administration causes anymore inflation :0). Overall we are very satisfied with the work performed and the cost associated with it. River City Electric is now our GOTO electrical contractor.

We had the good pleasure of using RCE again to install a new bathroom vanity light fixture and new glass top stove in our kitchen. I will admit that I was a little surprised how quickly the work was completed. Additionally, the craftsmanship was excellent. I'm an aging DIYer perfectionist and the completed work was well worth what we spent to have it done! The final cost was well below what we had estimated. Ergo, it is hard to complain when the workmanship is excellent and the cost is more than reasonable in this inflation-riddled environment. RCE stands out among the crowd.

I want to thank River City for an amazing job. They have been here 3 times for different jobs and I will continue to work with them. The workers are friendly and well knowledgeable. I especially want to Thank Madison in the office, she has been amazing to talk with and work with to cover our needs. Madison, thank you so much for your professionalism and bright personality. Always a pleasure to speak to and work with you. I will be calling again in the future for more projects.

I submitted a work order through my home warranty and River City Electric called me the very next day to come out and perform the work. The team that showed up was absolutely amazing! The issue was an outside outlet with no voltage. I have tried to find the problem and never had any success. This team found it within an hour! No kidding! There was an outlet box inside the garage behind sheetrock hidden and incomplete. I honestly have no idea how they found it! I called him the Wire Whisperer! Amazing and really appreciated their positive attitude even when they were up in the attic at the hottest part of the day. Thank you for your service and excellent employee professionalism! I highly recommend these guys!

Woman working phones in office was super nice and worked with my schedule to get someone out to see us. She had someone out within 2 business days of calling. I had been waiting for 2 months for another company our home warranty was using. I’m so glad they switched to this company.

I forgot to get the workers names but they were awesome. They showed up on time. Talked me through everything they were doing so I knew what needed fixed. They took me through after and made sure I saw all outlets were working again. They even checked on things they didn’t have to. 10/10 will use them for all future electrical needs.

River City Electric replaced an exhaust fan in our bathroom. They did a great job! They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were put on the schedule quickly and they showed up on time. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others for electrical services.

My wife and I had been using the same company for years, but his prices have gone through the roof, so we decided to try a new company. After reading the reviews, we decided to try River City Electric. We were not disappointed! We purchased all of the components ourself from The Light House in Decatur. River City Electric sent Ben & Kevin to our house. They arrived on time, behaved professionally, and cleaned up as good as anyone can. They installed wafer lights and a ceiling fan. Prior to installing the wafer lights, they marked several placement options for my wife and I to choose from. They also installed the lights at different temperatures so we could choose which we liked best. They then changed all the lights to the same temp. Lastly, I recently had surgery on my shoulder. Ben and Kevin carefully moved our furniture around as I could not. We are very satisfied with their work.

Taylor's team did an amazing job with setting up our building, even pointing out work the inspector would be looking for when onsite. This team went above our expectation and pull a weekend shift to make sure we we're ready.
