We were happy with the first visit. Unfortunately for us we really needed a follow up & that’s where it went sour. One of the most condescending visits we have had by a contractor in years. The “Hero” guy was nice but whoever the big guy was training him needs some serious customer service classes. And not to mention they charged almost as much for the 2nd visit for an hours worth of work when they were here for 20 minutes. Really unbelievable how it all went down & we will not be using them again.
