Just started using this week. So far, every step of the experience has been outstanding. Talked to a sales professional on Monday (Justin) and he was able to schedule my first lawn service today; my mosquito service is scheduled on Friday. He was super courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Also I have talked to two receptionists this week who were also for friendly and met my needs. I wished I had gotten their names as well! A courteous receptionist is a must for businesses and sometimes not as appreciated as they should be. Today Todd performed my first lawn service. He was very friendly and was so thorough in his lawn application, being careful to really saturate any problem areas. He took about an hour to complete the service. I used a different lawn service last year and they were usually finished in about 15 minutes and were not nearly as thorough and were more expensive. Anxious to see how the lawn progresses over the next few months. Again, I can’t say enough about Todd! Great job!

I’ve been using Lawn Doctor for several years now and couldn’t be happier. My lawn looks great, weed-free and green. Whenever i notice any issues i can call and get assistance and they are always very nice on the phone. A+!

From their first visit the weeds in my yard began dying. I had so many weeds that I was afraid the HOA would give me a warning.
This is a great family owned company and I highly recommend them. They offer a great value for their services.

I inherited a yard full of weeds when I purchased my home. I tried to treat it myself, but I just couldn't handle it. Lawn Doctor has done wonders, and my lawn is looking healthy and beautiful! They also successfully treated my lawn when an armadillo was digging holes everywhere. They are very helpful when I ask questions. I am very happy with their services!

We tried 4 or 5 other lawn care services, each one never lasting more than 1 year, before we found Lawn Doctor. We're on our 3rd year with Lawn Doctor and are extremely satisfied. Their technicians are knowledgeable and professional, and their services are both effective and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Lawn Doctor!

I have been using Lawn Doctor for about 10 months now. I noticed after a week or so the last time they treated the yard, some weeds and crab grass. I annotated it on the bill so that they could pay attention to it next month. They sent a service agent out immediately to retreat the yard! You can tell the crab grass has been remedied. I highly recommend them!

Lawn Doctor has been a dependable and highly professional company. I had Wayne’s for quite sometime and just needed a change plus it didn’t help that they made a an error that cost me some money. They don’t pressure you to buy other services but at the same time they make you aware of what they offer.

Lawn Doctor was great last year, so we kept them and so far this year they are doing fairly well with our lawn. We still have weeds here and there but they are trying. They have a very friendly, polite and punctual staff. Their service fee's are fair for the services rendered. We plan to continue using Lawn Doctor as long as they keep it up!!!

I am new to the southern region and used another lawn service last year for the small yard in front of my townhouse. I switched to Lawn Doctor this past year and was very pleased with their service and how my lawn looked. I prepaid last January and they did all the treatments as scheduled sending me an email notification as to when they would be here. I think they’re reasonably priced and give good service. I would definitely recommend.

At first the service was good. But this year the service was at a low level. After their service the weeds did not stop growing, the grass lost its appearance, there were more yellow spots.

I switched from my previous service to Lawn Doctor three years ago. Best decision I could have made.
Our technician Chris is awesome. Quality and consistency best describes our treatments. They have visited several times just to treat problematic weeds without charging.
When ever I have questions they spend as much time as necessary, patiently answering my inquiries.
They are head and shoulders more efficient than any other service I have used. Obviously, I highly recommend them.

Tyler and Todd did an awesome job on my yard. Within a week, the weeds have turned yellow (dying). I have pulled some up by root and as you can see from the photo, they are dying. I was also advised that if the weeds do not show signs of dying within a couple of weeks, contact them for a service call. The receptionist was also very nice and courteous, which means a lot to me. A+, I highly recommend this company.

I really like the employees at lawn doctor but I’m very disappointed after multiple years of service. My grass was thick & full & green, now it’s all dead and patchy and brown. Wish I could load before & after pictures. Prices are fine. But after multiple year of only one lawn service, my yard shouldn’t have crab grass, and most definitely should look 10 times better than it does. 😢🙁

This is currently the state of my grass after 1.5 years with Lawn Doctor. They were supposed to come do a soil test a few months ago to see why it's dying on their watch but no one followed up on that

We tried multiple lawn care companies in Madison, and none of them worked until we hired Lawn Doctor. Effective and communicative.

Have used this service for several years. The last 3 years, service and my lawn have definitely declined. I started with a lush green beautiful lawn. Now I have multiple bare and brown patches. Twice recently tech scheduled appointment and was a No Show.

Daniel and his crew are the best at what they do. My granddaughter and I both had sod laid by them and our lawns are looking great!

Needed some bushes trimmed back. Whole yard was done and trimmed nice and neatly as well. Recommend highly!

Daniel and his group are the very best! They take care of our yard like it was theirs! I would not use anyone else!
