We have used MaidPro for over 5 years. I use a cleaning service rather than contracting with an individual so I don't have to worry about paying taxes or worker's comp. They always provide people as scheduled. My house always looks great.

The women who came and cleaned my crazy unpacked house did it sweetly and efficiently. They handled the cat in the kitchen drawer with grace and humor. My house was sparkling when they left. I can’t wait to have them back.

I was looking forward to getting my house cleaned by a maid to take off some of the pressure on me from being a daily stay at home mom with 2 kids and a dog! First I want to start off by saying that what I expected is not what I got ! My bedroom mirror was still filled with my kids handprints , my master bathroom was halfway done , my ceiling fan was still filled with dust , living room furniture pillows was not adjusted or my pillow cushions was not vacuumed underneath! I was blowed away by the things that wasn’t done that I would normally do when I clean my home ! I could’ve saved my 200+ dollars and cleaned myself but I depended on maid pro to do it for me . Big fail ! I was offered a discount on my weekly routine for my next cleaning and I will see how that goes ! And hallie was very understanding and sorry for the things that wasn’t done in my home that should’ve been ! I’m hoping it all works out bc they will be in my weekly rotation if things are done properly this time! So far my rating is a 2 I’ll come back with an update

So I’m back with an update today is10/14 and my cleaners for today were aurora and Lisa !! And they did phenomenal with the clean ! They were so nice and patient with my kids it made me happy ! My home smells good looks good and I couldn’t be more happier that I do not have to clean today lol ! If I can choose my maids every week it would be aurora and Lisa !!! Thank y’all so much I look forward to seeing y’all again ! They even put my kids favorite 2 toys in their car ! Lol we loved it thanks you guys !

Maidpro of North Alabama has been cleaning my house for years now. Their staff is comprised of dependable, professional, and trained cleaners who always leave my house smelling and looking clean. I am able to make special cleaning requests. They always try to please and make scheduling or rescheduling services so easy. Gina is the one that cleans my house and she does a tremendous job. Besides the regular items, she goes through and whisks away all those bothersome webs that I can’t reach. She also keeps the surfaces of my appliances clean and shiny. I’m very pleased with her, and more importantly, my little dog loves her!

Thorough, polite, scheduling is a breeze. I’ve used Maid Pro a few times for intermittent deep cleans and I love them.

I hired maidpro to do a full house clean for moving out. They came while I was work and the house is spotless, very satisfied Aaliyah and Amanda did a great job. No harsh chemical type smells which is a huge plus. Under 200 for a one time clean on a mid-sized home, and done well. I would recommend.

I Have used Maid pro I would say close to a year at this point. They have been very Adaptive in working with me as I travel a lot..
