I’ve used Rotor Rooter for several years at my Restaurant and home. The Technicians are always courteous, respectful, informative and friendly. They treated my home and plumbing issue as if it were their home and issue. They assured their work and even returned to make sure that the problem was not still occurring.
Keep up the excellence in your professionalism. -

Jose came on an emergency call on a Sunday to clear a clogged drain that was connected to the kitchen and laundry room. He was very courteous and respectful and did a great job. I was very pleased with the service.

$550.00 labor charge for approximately two hours on-site time. Technician's first visit was to diagnose problem with the pump on whirlpool bathtub. Needed a new pump. Technician's time on-site approximately an hour. Charge was $192.00. Technician returned six weeks later to install new pump (was told pump was on back-order). Charge was $688.00 which included about $325.00 for the pump. Labor charge $360.00. Technician said the labor charge on the second visit would be less than the first, but it was $168.00 more. Called the company to inquire regarding the labor charges, and a representative called back saying he would reduce the labor charges by $80.00. $470.00 labor charge for approximately two hours on-site work still seems a little high to me.
