I called the home warranty company to find out what I could do about my failing 30 year old HVAC systems and they came up with a repair solution. After having 3 companies (Airworx included) outside of the home warranty company, look at the systems and tell me they needed to be replaced, air ducts included, Airworx gave me the best price and feeling of trust. They replaced both systems and duct work in a timely and professional manner keeping my families needs, health and interest in mind. I would use them again and am very happy with the work they have done on my house.

I can’t say enough about the help we got from Air Worx when our home warranty company decided not to cover our repair, right as it was starting to really heat up in Alabama. They got the job done quickly and professionally, showing up the day we called about the repair. Don’t go to those big companies that will charge you an arm and a leg and take forever to come even look at your system, use Air Worx.

I got three estimates and Barrett was the lowest. I even asked about a more efficient and expensive unit and was told the extra money I would spend would not really be worth it in the long run. They installed a quality unit. The nice lady at Barrett even called me after the installation and informed me about a rebate I was eligible for through Spire. I ended up getting $300 back from Spire. I could not be more pleased with my choice of Barrett.

Barrett did a great job on installing and does a great job servicing my HVAC. My old units were costing me a fortune in power bills. They came out, reviewed the situation with me and made some recommendations. My power bill is consistently half of what it was even in July and August. I highly recommend them.

Had them come to remove and replace some ducts for another company to do some work on our house. Since the ductwork was over forty years old, and not in the best shape, we decided to go ahead and replace it. This was our suggestion, not pressured into it like some companies would try to do. I've been a customer with Barrett Heating and Air for 15 years. Anytime my old unit would have trouble they'd come out and fix it right. Well, my old unit finally gave up after 15 years of service during our recent cold snap in February. So I called Barrett Heating and Air. They came out and said they could fix it, but price wise and warranty wise, it would be cheaper just to get a new unit. With the age of my unit, I agreed. They installed a new unit and it's working flawlessly. What I like about their staff is that they're honest, courteous, committed, and will answer any questions you might have. And that's either in person, phone, or internet. They've always been straight up with me on prices, solutions, and recommendations. They don't try to rip you off. They give you options and let you decide without any pressure. I respect that a lot. Plus, in most cases, if there is a problem, you can get same day service. Their techs are top notch and know exactly what they're doing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

He got our home back cooling in less than an hour and gave us a plan to put in an energy efficient unit that will lower our power bill. Provides superior customer service than other local HVAC companies. Installs higher quality equipment(American Standard/Trane) at half the price or less than other companies that install lower quality equipment(Goodman).

We have used Barrett for years for regular maintenance and had them replace two Hvac units for us. Great service and great product. They are on time for appointments and I have referred their business to friends and family and they have all been pleased. Definitely recommend them for all hvac needs.
