DO NOT USE CRAIGS CARPET CLEANING. They ruined my couches. They cleaned my couch, love seat, chair and ottoman and by the end of the night they had a rough textured feeling and reeked of mildew. They promised us a full refund then would not return our calls, or even pick up our phone. We had to buy new couches. Their excuse for not giving a refund is they did not have the money to return.

Horrible! They "cleaned" our tile floors and carpets. The tiles had a dull film over them. I called to complain. They sent their sons back out and it was left with another dull film. I had a party scheduled 3 days later. I and my housekeeper spent many hours trying to get the film off. Mr Craig, who never set foot in my house! kept telling me that I had a seal on my floors that was removed and that was how my floors were suppose to look! I was on my hands and knees for 3 days trying everything to get the dull finish off. They scratched my bathroom floor tiles, the carpets were wet for 2 days and now look worse than they did before. They kitchen had the film on it for 3 days also. Mr Craig said he would refund some of my money....that he was going to be a "man of his word". It had been 6 months and NO refund. His wife, Danielle would not answer phone calls or texts. This is a rip off company. Do not use! They also do not honor their coupons! Should have posted this earlier but wanted to give them time to give me a refund. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience!!!
