Constraction reviews in Fairhope, Alabama

My husband and I stayed in one of Lance's remodels, and it was beautiful! Everything was of great quality and craftsmanship. If we are ever in need of a home to be built or remodeled, he will be at the top of our list! 10/10 experience with Green Coast Living!

Lance and Green Coast Living did a superb job for us, really even better than expected and as someone who grew up in my fathers high-quality custom building business — it takes a lot for me to exceed my expectations — but they did. I’ve seen their large scale addition renovation jobs prior to using them, so I already knew their work is impeccable. And they were very transparent on the billing, and when we added some things to our project, Lance went over each aspect of cost changes very carefully, very detailed, and more than fair on pricing. That meant a lot and allowed me to enjoy and afford the project beginning to end,, including the last minute upgrades I threw in.

I would use Lance for anything from an exterior upgrade to an addition or kitchen / bath remodel or a large custom home — the attention to every detail with honest and very fair cost information is the ideal combination for building projects of every size. Thank you Lance — I look forward to working with you again when we build our next custom home.

I've dealt with Lance and his team on many occasions. If you want your build done right, Green Coast Living is an easy choice. Top notch work, and communication.

I have worked extensively with Green Coast Living, Inc over the past few years with my business, BC Drafting & Design. This has involved seeing Lance and his team work thru projects starting with the initial concept and following them all the way thru the permitting and inspection process to the final completion.

I really have been impressed with their focus on building safe, sturdy and beautiful custom homes. We have also had the privilege to work together on several home renovations and additions. Many of his projects have met Gold Fortified Standards.

Lance treats each home he works on like it is his own. He is very trustworthy and acts as a professional. If you are planning a renovation, addition, or your own new custom built home, I would recommend using Green Coast Living.

Great experience. Lance is a very knowledgeable contractor and is up to date with latest high wind building code requirements! I have worked with him on several projects and I am always impressed with his follow through and professionalism!

Lance and his crew are absolutely incredible in everything they do! The professionalism and quality of work are superb!
My husband and I had purchased a beach home in Gulf Shores as an AirBnB property that underwent a complete rehab. The home was 11 hours away from where we lived, which definitely could make the rehab process a headache. Thankfully, we met Lance through a referral and knew we needed someone who was dependable, we could trust, did quality work, and got the jobs completed in a timely manner with us living so far way. He and his crew did just that! He communicated every detail, sent progress photos, answered his phone when I called, and was willing to assist in any way that he could. Along the way, additional things were discovered that the original inspector, before we closed on the home, had missed...Lance identified and communicated the issues, made a plan of action, and made the home safe and sound for us. When the project was completed, it was nothing less than superior work. He expects the best and only has people willing to do that type of work, assisting in completing projects for his company.
Anyone looking to do any type of home renovation work or in need of a home contractor for any projects definitely should look no further. You will not find a better contractor who produces the quality of work that he and his crew do.

We worked with Green Coast Living on a wheel chair ramp adding a cable rail system. Communication was excellent working around other parts of the build to give the home owner the look they wanted. We look forward to working with them again in the future!!

We had the pleasure of working with Lance and his team installing a patio extension and new roof area at our home in Fairhope. Everything from estimate to finish was done in a very professional and conscientious manner - and the quality of the work was outstanding. Lance had the engineering drawings prepared, obtained the necessary permits and scheduled the material deliveries so there were no delays in the project. They performed the concrete work, roof framing and supports, roofing, finish floor tile, electrical and finish trim work all with excellent quality. Even though the bulk of this work was done while we were absent from the home, we were kept up to date with pictures, e-mails and phone calls (when necessary).
These people are very good at what they do. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Lance and Green Coast Living for consideration.

Lance and his team provided excellent service. He was organized and timely. We added a room to our house and also had several rooms updated. The project was completed in about 8 weeks. Lance was able to complete projects that other companies said were not possible for my house. I highly recommend Green Coast Living. We will use them again for future house projects.

We worked with Lance and his company on an extensive remodeling project at our home. We interviewed several contractors, and we will forever be grateful that we chose Green Coast Living. From the bidding process to the final stages of the process, Lance was very attentive to detail. He communicated regularly about the week’s schedule, and he made regular visits to the site at every stage of the project, taking careful measurements, offering multiple options, and constantly and consistently asking for our input and preferences. His communication skills are excellent; he listens closely, and early on he identified the aspects of the project that were most important to us. He keeps his appointments, and he is very clear about the stages and overall timeline of the project. Along the way, we made several decisions that changed the scope of the project, and he was supportive and informative at every point. He was flexible in working around our schedule, and when we were not physically present he and his subcontractors were responsible and trustworthy, and we felt comfortable having them in and out of our living space. We were particularly impressed by the way his crew cleaned up after themselves, which meant that we were much less inconvenienced during construction. Before the project was even completed, we were recommending Green Coast Living to our friends, and we will continue to do so. We are very, very happy with the results!

Green Coast Living is the only contractor you will ever want to work with ever again! Professional is every aspect! We could not have asked for better service or work, and they kept us in the loop during the entire process. From start to finish, everything was handled with excellence.

I felt very comfortable with our builder, Lance Lamb! It was like he could read my mind, because he knew exactly what I was looking for.

He never left me questioning his expertise, his opinions, or his ethics. My life is overwhelming, at the moment, and he took care of everything, taking all burden off of me.

My husband and I are more then satisfied, in every aspect!

Love it
