If Mike Stockton tells you he's going to be there or take care of something, consider it done. Great man with a great business.

Mike Stockton does incredible work, but the value of this company lies in the incredible businessman he is. Stockton Construction is ran with creativity and integrity.

The Stocktons are great! Family owned and operated and it shows greatful to have done business with a company that not once made me feel like I wasn’t family.

Mike went above and beyond to help me out with a small project, the same day! After countless calls to everyone listed on google, he was the only one that was able & willing to get the job done. He provided quality workmanship, timely service & personable customer service! I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you so, so much!

We have had the greatest pleasure working with this company. Their level of expertise and commitment to their customers is truly inspiring. We look forward to see what the future holds with this company and are excited to watch them grow.

If you want to see an impressive job site, stop by a Stockton Construction build. The attention to detail and organization is nothing short of impressive and carries over to the end result.

Have seen Mike work with many different clients and projects.

He's genuine. I cannot more highly compliment a business than to corroborate their authenticity.

I have been fortunate to work with Mike on several home remodeling and construction projects. Overall he is a very professional person and above all very responsible in all his projects I highly recommend

Mike did major contracting work for us. He removed our brick chimney that was pulling the entire wall away from the house. Mike kept us informed throughout the project. The workers that came were professional. The project looked amazing at the end. I would definitely recommend!

Stockton Construction was given a $100k+ contract to repair my home when Hurricane Sally dropped a large tree on it. An initial impression of Mike Stockton was that he knew what he was doing. My experience was poor and I would recommend caution if considering him for anything but a small or handyman job.

Fortunately I was able to visit the site daily to review and correct errors before they grew larger than they already were. My roof had a hole where a limb went through and was not repaired prior to the membrane and shingling going over it. It was brought to my attention by an HVAC inspector a year later. (Picture below) The wrong size shower doors for two bathrooms were ordered and installed with the tops extending inches above the shower units. Drywall had many, many screw pop outs upon painting. Painters cleaned their equipment with the hose next to the house which caused white paint splashes and droplets over one side of the entire house. Mike stated that the only solution was to repaint that side of the house at my expensse. No insulation was put in the attic although I paid for it and the the contract called for the coded amount. Three exterior doors were painted by a minor in about one hour. It was painted so thickly, it continues to bubble. Plumbing piping and dryer was bashed through the drywall without finishing in violation of city building code. An entire hallway was framed which allowed eight inches of access to the commode in the bathroom on the other side of the wall. A divider wall was built (for reasons unknown) next to a washer/dryer unit so closely, the appliances could not be moved for repair without damaging the "wall." A final cleaning fee of $425 was charged for nothing more than Mr. Stockton and his helper broom sweeping the floors as is done at the end of each workday if needed. He said the regular cleaners were not available. The list goes on and on.

Mike Stockton claimed he came by each day to check. Unfortunately, I found his "check" was to pull to the curb and speak with his one man team helper, who often indicated he didn't have clear instructions for each day's work.

Hence this customer's caution to others.

Stockton Construction LLC paid for some of these items after legal action was taken. A significant dollar amount was not refunded.

The response to my review was changed twice by Stockton LLC since it was written within the hour. The first was entirely untrue, emotionally charged and immature. The one at this writing is generalized and does not attack the reviewer but highly praises the Stockton Construction LLC company for their contribution to humanity during Hurricane Sally.

My goal in writing this review of my personal experience was to let other folks that may need services such as the ones he offers to know the facts about the actual work the company performs.

It's not fun and it takes time.

The Stockton Construction LLC company clearly owes me for items that I have paid them for (worth $3,700) but have not received. I attempted through certified mail letters to work things out prior to taking court action. Mike Stockton chose instead to hire a lawyer while I represented myself.

I have all documentation including receipts for items Stockton LLC is being dishonest about. This will be my last post here regarding his company's work on my $100+ job.

This company is not honorable as far as my project went.

I called Mike looking for a contractor that could help me replace the fascia on under the lining of my roof after it was torn off in Hurricane Sally. Mike took the time to explain that he did not do that particular work, but he directed me to a gentleman who he subcontracted with on his construction projects that did excellent work in that area. I had tried for 5 months to find somebody that could offer me an estimate for repair. 24 hours after calling Mike, the fascia repairman gave me an estimate and had the time to fix it on the spot, saving me possibly weeks of additional phone calls trying to track somebody down.

Mike was professional, responsive, and when he knew he couldn't help me, he put me in touch with somebody that did great work for a reasonable cost. He saved me a lot of time and money. That's the customer-oriented type of builder I want to work with in the future!

Mike Stockton and his talented team will be putting my house back together after Hurricane Sally. It will be better and stronger and more beautiful than ever. A new house! I am thankful to him and his crew
..my house is I in good hands!

Mike helped us through a big family transition in which we moved in an aging parent and renovated space for her to use and enjoy. He brought in subs who were respectful of our time and space, especially considering that we had a family of 6 living in the home during the renovation. His communication is always professional, and he’s a joy to be around. Even though our project was on the small end of the spectrum (tub demo and shower install, closet demo and kitchenette install with custom cabinetry, flooring, lighting, and sliding door), Mike was available and put his eyes on everything that was done along the way. He helped us think through the best options for accessibility and use, and he made sure that we were informed throughout the process. The finished reno is nothing short of beautiful. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Stockton Construction for future needs, big or small.

Stockton Construction is incredible! Mike and his team are highly skilled, professional, and kind. They make a building project not only world-class but fun. I highly recommend them!
